This is a very clean and new upscale hotel at a moderate price. The staff is without exception wonderful.

Yes, the staff mistreated, harassed, disrespected us; then, we endured horrible sewage smells in our room, dirty food at breakfast, and constant prank calls from reception every morning and construction noises, which they then denied when refund requested

A pool would have made it perfect

Wink hotel is in a nice quiet centrally located location by Han central market. Love the breakfast foods.

We liked that it was just a stone’s throw away from good local restaurants (authentic Vietnamese cuisine on both corners of the hotel). Loved the efficiency of check-in/check-out process. Loved the window view of the river…and the varied buffet breakfast as well. Most especially did not wantnto part with the super comfy pillows and comforter!

What’s not to like? Oh…would have been nice to have towel/clothes hooks in the bathroom.

Breakfast and view were fantastic. Also a great gym. The breakfast staff were really friendly, and one of the guys working the front desk was super nice and helped me extend my stay an extra day. The location is really good too.

A few issues I had was when I tried to check in (well after the check-in time of 2pm, I was there at like 330pm), I was greeted with a "your room's not ready", which was fine I just went to the beach. They said I booked a room with a view on the high floors, which were 13-18. So I waited and came back 5 hours later, only to find that they put me on floor 16, which frankly is not much different than 13-15 where they originally had me. So don't pay extra $ for a "high floor" when you could also get put on floor 12, virtually no difference, for way less. While waiting, upstairs staff gave me a voucher to get a free drink at the bar, at which point I got in an argument with the restaurant staff and walked out because they wouldn't serve me a beer, claiming I needed a room number. I told them the staff upstairs said to come down here to get a drink because I didn't have a room yet and was waiting. It was nonsensical so I just walked out for the beach. Waiting 5 hours to move up like 2 or 3 floors is virtually nothing, and when I got to my tiny, small room my view was looking straight at another building and the only way to avoid it was to look out the window from a wide angle. The rooms are quite small and mine was not the cleanest, and despite the fact there are 4 elevators the waits can be quite long because their front desk is on floor 19, so anytime someone enters/exits they have to go all the way up to 19. Lastly, I was trying to do laundry and the machines were broken, the guys were there fixing it but said I could use a washer, my stuff gets washed and I come back up to dry it and the dryer is broken. It was a mess, and I explain I needed to only dry some of my things briefly so it didn't shrink to the repairman, he says it's fine and to come back in one hour. I did, only to find all my stuff including the things I didn't want dried, were dried and it was too late because they had already shrunk.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. They do all the little things right. Light switch placement. Charging stations near the bed, USB/C. Towels are soft. Quiet and stylish.

Location, the breakfast Vietnamese black coffee and the greens and salads at breakfast. The gym was great to stay in shape as we enjoyed the delicious Vietnamese food! Your discount for guests that purchase bottles or wine or food was nice as well

The A/C vent in our familyRoom needs to be cleaned. Every time we turned it on we were sneezing and felt ill. Also, the doors in hallway slam loudly so other guests always woke us.

Perfect for a short stay in Da Nang.Whilst the rooms are small they fit the budget. The washing machine and dyers were great. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.This is somewhere between a hostel and a hotel. A big plus is that your room is booked on a 24 hour basis as opposed to a fixed check in/ check out time. It's such a great concept and I hope other hotels follow this idea.

Small room but small price so..

Very modern concept Hotel,good value for the money you pay,excellent staff,everyone super helpful and professional,great location close to the bridge,restaurants and close too to a market were you can purchase souvenirs,clothes,etc at good prices,not far from the night market.Rooms are very clean,comfortable beds,with nice views over the city,aircon + tv works properly- you won’t regret to stay in here.

Bathroom design was poorly thoughtout making it super inconvenient to use. The layout of the whole room especially the bathroom felt very cramped and awkward, making the experience frustrating and annoying Breakfast had very little options

Great view from our room. Good selection at breakfast and very helpful staff.

Our room was below the breakfast room and we could hear chairs and footsteps quiet loudly from 6am which meant we couldn’t sleep in. In my opinion avoid the 18th floor!

The location and facilities for the money is amazing and the suite and family rooms provide good space

The location was centrally located, clean, very comfortable to sleep with a great view of Dragon Bridge, great work station, gym, laundry area and modern, chic and colorful design.

Small rooms but it’s ok for a few days

The location was really good. We can see the dragon bridge from our room which is really a plus.

The entrance and lobby of the hotel was a bit confusing, you need to go up to lobby to check-in.
