The colonial charm from outside and its location.

Instead of two twin beds , hotel could put in two queen beds. Not enough Electric outlets. Extra charge for every young kid regardless what kind of Room we reserved for ( bigger room means we already had to pay more )

Great and affordable 5-star hotel in Da Nang, very nice staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. Perfect.

I'd stay here for my business trip for many times. The best location as well as the cleanness, quite near the beach.

The breakfast is kinda boring, need to have more hot noodle soup. I'd prefer to enjoy more specialty food from Danang/ Hoi An.

The suites are great for the price, we stayed in the ocean front and it was spacious, perfect for a long stay as well.

No pool, no roof top access, no balcony, difficult to dry clothes.

Furniture is dated, I went to many Fusion locations and this one had great staff, but it felt like facilities, building etc was just not what I expected for this price.

Fantastic size of the ocean facing suite. We had booked 2 suites, one for us and one for our 2 sons. And they were very spacious, well laid out and comfortable. Each suite also has 2 additional bunk beds in a small room which basically served as a changing room for us but could very well be a great place for younger kids.The front office staff, the F&B team and the housekeeping team were always very eager to serve any special needs and give individual attention to our preferences. They made the stay so enjoyable!The included package of reflexology by trained professionals accentuated the stay.

The swimming pool is closed. However the hotel was very prompt in announcing its non availability. It would be great to have that addition to cool off in the evenings

Room was pretty big but not too clean. Location was all right. View was not bad but the sticky dots on the windows were annoying. On average it was fine, but I don't think it was worth the price. You can for sure find better deals. On pictures it looks nice but in reality it's run down. No pool, no swimming in the sea possible (red flags all the time). I would not stay here again.

We had an amazing time there! First of all, the staff were very accommodating! We unexpectedly received an upgrade and we were so happy about that! The room was really on point, I don't have anything bad to say. We ordered pho and banh mi from their restaurant and it was so good! The breakfast was really good also, I ate a lot. We are really looking forward to go back in Da Nang and stay again here in Fusion Suites Da Nang.

The Pool was unavailable but its not really a bad thing, its a beach front hotel anyway.

I was upgraded from city view to sea view and the view was just amazing! The room was really spacious and comfy. Flexible breakfast service, 24 hours stay are very guest-friendly, too. The service to escort walkers cross the front road was really helpful especially for small children.

The hotel name is "Daily Reflexology Inclusive" and it was confusing. I expected a Daily Reflexology was actually included in the service, which wasn't.

The attentiveness of the staff was next level. So much attention to detail and care was given. The team is proud of their work and it shows. Special thanks for to Miss Dung of the Reception Team for all her help. I was also highly impressed by the spa. Great value and offerings.

This is the second time we stay at Fusion Suites. Both times, we were upgraded from Chic Studio room to Ocean Suite which is very spacious with beautiful sunrise sea view. Staff are very friendly.

Free massages are provided(50 min), guests can check out 24 hours after check-in time without extra fees, all staff are kind.Highly recommend!!

This is a great hotel. Very near to the beach with scenic views. Service was top notch and we were greeted warmly by staff whenever we encountered them. Staff is ready to assist with luggage, doors and enquiries with enthusiasm.Welcome drinks of our choice from the hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise. And yes, the drinks tasted good.Stayed in the Suite room which was way larger than I expected. You can comfortably fit four adults in here, but it's really more for 2 adults + 2 kids. Kids get their own separate room which a bunk bed setup. I slept here and it was decently comfortable.TV has access to interesting shows (TMNT was playing when we were there). Toilet is well equipped with a shower+bathtub arrangement. Do take note if you have mobility issues as climbing in and out of the bathtub to shower could be an issue.Located, again close to the beach, but also near a row of seafood places. Stay here if you want a peaceful, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Of course, the compromise is the distance to major attractions and the city centre where many of the attractions, markets and food are.

Nothing much, it was an excellent choice of stay.

It's was clean, near by beaches breakfast was okay but need improve, management should check near by hotels to see what they do for breakfast.once that is done them is it a good place to stay

Location, location, location. It’s right across the street from the beach with easy access. Also enjoyed the size of the room, sitting area, kitchen and basic configuration / layout plus full wall windows on two sides. This made the room very light, open and airy. Pretty short drive to and from the airport - less than 20 minutes in each direction.

Good sea view. Close to good main restaurants. Close to the beach. Fruit served for breakfast was awesome.

The hotel rubber slippers should be included in the price or offered for sale. They also give the hotel good publicity and a pleasant reminder of the stay. A clothes rack and more railings to hang towels to dry would be good
