    Pros +

    • Great location and has great rooftop and helpful staff
    • Superb location, close to the iconic Dragon Bridge and the Museum of Cham sculptures. We were given an upgrade to a large deluxe twin room, quiet, and tastefully designed. The personnel was kind, and the breakfast buffet fantastic. We couldn't wish anything better.
    • The customer service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had clothes delivered and they received them for us. We also had our laundry washed and after they serviced the room, the clothes were neatly folded on the bed. The breakfast was really good every morning. The chef made the best Vietnamese soups and a different one each day ?

    Cons -

    • (nothing at all)
    • The only thing I didn't like was the bed as it took me a couple of days to figure out my pillow configuration so that my upper back wasn't killing me the next day.
    • Had to mark it down for two reason that annoyed me (but may not annoy you).1. We got told their was mini bar that costs (normal) then got told their was free water provided. The kids in the other room go to the fridge and drink the water. Now this water was 7-11 type small plastic bottles not glass bottled French Perrier.Did not realise until after a couple of days when I saw the mini bar tally of course we were being charged. So note: drink the very small bottles they leave on the shelf, not the cold water in the fridge).2. Went for a drink on the roof top bar (only us there) and checked I could pay by card. When I went to settle the bill he said I have to go to reception to pay by card. I said OK, give me the bill and I will go down and pay. But he had to come with me. I did say I was quite capable of going to reception and paying and he had my room number. But no.End of story there was a very uncomfortable 8 floor elevator ride down to payNot a big deals on the surface but not a good guest experience.

Family connecting rooms.Facilities and location was good. It is on the river side which IMO is more local that tourist focused like on the beach side but still lots of good food places of different cuisines within walking distance, plus the Dragon Bridge is not far.Breakfast was acceptable. As normal, more Asian food than western food (I am not a fan of rice an noodles for breakfast) but not a big issue. Egg station and fresh fruit.

The staff is what I liked

Everything else.Poor quality breakfast although good selection, quality poor.Mattress not comfortableThin walls. Each time the room above moved a chair it was a jarring and loud sound. Poor noise insulation between floors

Good location , central to all the shops , dragon bridge , restaurants and coffee shops. Staff was friendly and helpful always . Room was spacious and clean , exactly like the photos. Our family stay with 2 connecting room was comfortable and worth every dollar.

Good location, friendly staff, everything looks exactly like the photos , clean and comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance, from coffee to restaurants to shops to massages.

Great location and some of the staff were exceptional. Lien in particular.

Room was a bit ‘tired’. Drain to shower kept backing up.

Hotel is just in a back street of the main road to the Dragon Bridge. The views from the top deck where drinks and food can be ordered, staff were great. nice pool but was to cold for us to partake. Breakfast was good but nothing outstanding, A good money exchange on the corner opposite the Han Market.

Located near a busy corner which floods during heavy rain, so we at times had to wade through it with bikes racing of the main road as well .

Such a modern, pretty hotel and the rooms are so well done too. The breakfast is elaborate and awesome. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel is walking distance from lots of eateries. The staff were competent.

you can do away with the afternoon tea. Its very basic.

    9LIEWPosted on: 11-12-2025

Delicious Breakfast, surrounded by eateries & cafes, day or night. Walking distance to Han markets, dragon bridge. Cozy interior designs. Comfort beds with clean linings.

The room is superb. We want to stay there again soon if we visit Da Nang. Cozy room, great location and great breakfast buffet.

location, the room was perfect and the staff

There wasn’t much variety in the breakfast dishes.Another downside is that the room floor wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.

    10MaryPosted on: 10-6-2025

Friendly staff and the breakfast buffet and the excellent staff assistance of Cap.

    9JudyPosted on: 9-30-2025

Lovely breakfast lots to choose from. Staff couldnt do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

Tea could have been stronger. Needs 2 more tea bags in the tea pot.

    Big, clean and quiet

The pool area is a bit small.

A very good 3-star hotel in the center of Da Nang, located near the excellent Cham Sculpture Museum and the Dragon Bridge. It offers all the essential services (including paid laundry) and very comfortable, well-equipped rooms — making it a great base for exploring the city. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar, where we had our first encounter with egg coffee — a delightful experience! Highly recommended!

I loved the location, amenities, staff, and food.

Somehow, their shower gel in our room smelled bad. I think it was the bottle itself. We called the reception and it was changed so it turned out fine.

    9DeirdrePosted on: 8-5-2025

Great location, close to dragon bridge, airport and beach area over river. Room was clean and well decorated. Bathroom was beautiful and hotel was quiet and peaceful for sleep. Didn’t use pool at all but did go up to have a look and was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Little overpriced for what you can get in Da Nang. However it was a great stay and I would stay here again.
