Everything was very nice! The staff, the food, the pool, the beach. Nothing to complain about

the options for breakfast were quite great and very filling with good quality

options on a la carte for restaurant as well as room service. no room service after 9:30 pm , not even if you want water to drink.

The resort is spacious and modern with a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is large and well designed, the grounds are beautiful, and everything feels clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, quiet, and felt more like a residence than a typical hotel, which was a nice change. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay.

Well… this is going to sound super lame- my private pool on my balcony was pretty cold. lol. ?. Just ignore me - the whole place is awesome. No wait! The game room was closed. So yeah! Fix the game room! lol.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff, very clean, Koi fishes all throughout the resort, access to the beach from the resort. I would highly recommend. It’s a short ride to the city as well. I would stay here again. 10/10 !

I recently stayed at KOI Resort & Spa Danang and booked a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-maintained — ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and relaxation.One thing to note is that while the villa includes a private pool, it is quite exposed and doesn’t offer full privacy, which might be a consideration for some guests.The staff at the resort were outstanding — very friendly, cooperative, and always ready to help. Their warm and professional service made the stay even more enjoyable.One of the highlights was the spa. Each guest in the villa was offered a complimentary spa treatment (choice of back or foot massage), and the experience was excellent — very relaxing and high quality.Breakfast was another strong point, with a wide variety of food options to suit different tastes. The internet connection was also excellent throughout the resort, which made it easy to stay connected when needed.

The check in experience took long time they told us they are going to call if it is ready no one called also it was easier to get our bags by ourself than ask them to do so breakfast ended early

Everything I don’t like.. especially worst customer service during check-in and checkout period. I want to complain about the customer service representative at the reception (His name is Tu Ngo) such an arrogant, rude and disrespectful person- Management need to take action on his attitude and services)

The villa was very nice , its come with pool but its not private, they have shuttle to Danang city although the timing is not suitable but still a good free service, we got free 30 min massage with the villa , the breakfast wss good and the beach is clean

They don’t provide water free like other resort in vietnam, they put 250ml bottle for each person once a day, you have to buy from them or mart, the bed sheets was smell bad I asked them to change they did but still smells bad maybe from the pillow, no service on the beach

Overall a disappointing experience. The hotel is gorgeous, that's one of the few plusses. Hotel is close to Marble Mountain. Staff is kind.

Communication with staff is very hard. Most questions or conversations lead to misunderstandings. The food at the beach bar is stale, bland. The massage therapist tried to provide some "non-agreed-on extra services" the staff did not take my complaint too serious in this, say that the massage lady said it was a misunderstanding. For a hotel that asks for this price I expected a lot more.

We booked a grand suite so we had our own pool which was the only redeeming quality.

From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was bad. It took us 30 minutes waiting to just check into this hotel. There were dozens of people pushing and shouting in front of us and the staff didn’t care at all. We arrived well after check in and our room wasn’t ready so we were asked to sit and wait another 15 minutes. We had informed the hotel of when we would arrive and asked for them to arrange a car, which they confirmed they did…. The car never arrived at the airport and then the hotel tried to charge us. We even called the hotel from the airport to ask and no one answered the phone. The entire resort was full of screaming children running around and the resort isn’t even complete. Only one side of the main building is done, the rest of the resort is a vacant shell. The gym in the photos is not the actual gym, there wasn’t anything in the “fitness room”. 2 restaurants are closed and show no sign of ever being used. Our air conditioning didn’t work and the room, towels and linens all smelled of mold. People smoked inside the hotel and the hotel even provided ash trays in the hallways. We had no furniture on our balcony or even towels to use the pool. The staff in general was just uncaring and rude.

Loved the location and the private beach. The resort had good size rooms with very comfy beds. Even though it’s on a busy road, we didn’t experience any noise. We could see the sea from our balcony and the Marble Mountain which is just across the road. Staff: the staff at reception were friendly and helpful but not all of them spoke English. We were checked in by Kim who was lovely and very helpful. The check in and check out was pretty smooth. I would recommend this resort for a short stay.

Housekeeping: Very poor. We stayed at this resort for 7 nights and the only thing that they provided is clean towels. They didn’t dust the room or refill the toiletries, had to chase for it. One night after we came back from dinner, we found we had no towels or napkins so had to chase for them at 1030 at night! Our sheets were never changed and when we tried to explain this to the housekeeping staff they didn’t understand as most staff didn’t speak English. Facilities: Limited facilities considering how big the resort is. They had 1 restaurant which served a very good breakfast buffet. At lunch they had a limited menu and it took ages for the food to arrive. We never went back to eat at the restaurant as we found lots of restaurants a short drive from the resort which provided a wide selection of restaurants and bars. Beach loungers: it’s a great beach, however, there are very few beach loungers for the amount of guests this resort accommodates.

The property was in a fantastic location overlooking the sea on the beach. The standard of fixtures and fittings were good although strangely there was no cutlery whatsoever not even any glasses.

We had a private plunge pool and patio, but there was no sun lounges on this patio. We asked if we could have them we were told we were not allowed to have them so we were left lying on the floor if we wish to sunbath
