Several guests on my floor persisted to keep their room doors open and were constantly loud.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Sophie and Quincy were very helpful which allowed us to have a great time here in Vietnam. We only stayed a day and within that day I got the best sleep I’ve gotten since I’ve been here. I’ve been in Vietnam almost 12 days and this hotel has been the most clean and nice looking one yet. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here. The food was good and the staff was amazing. Thank you for a great time.

The room is okay. The bed is kinda firm so we had back hurt. The receptionist, Quỳnh, is really friendly and passionate

The location was a convenient walk up to the river and Beach.

Staff was not hospitable or kind. The front desk did not do their due diligence and did not return important documents upon checking out, like passports. The bathroom was older and not clean. The rooms were much smaller than the pictures showed. Lobby was kept dark because the overhead chandelier light fixtures were never turned on.

The location was decent very short walks to where we wanted to go. The beds were soft and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good/strong.

It was a dump. It was dirty, and the staff did not seem to want to be there (with the only exception that the cleaning ladies were very nice as was the man that makes the eggs at breakfast). There were stains on the walls and ceilings, exposed light bulbs and wires and dirty stained mattresses in the stairwells. The breakfast room was always smoky from the oil used to cook the eggs. My room smelled musty. I had a non smoking room and woke up to the smell of cigarettes even with my window closed. On another night I could smell cigarette smoke while lying in bed trying to fall asleep. WiFi was terrible.

I apologise for the low score - but the rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly, especially to combat damp odours. 'Spa' room needs major attention and the gym needs a major upgrade. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot.

The hospitality was great, especially from Harry — he was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, even though there was some construction around the hotel. The breakfast could be improved, but it was okay overall. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The only thing , they were very strict about not allowing check-in before 2 PM, even though the rooms were already ready.

Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the stay. It was not comfortable, the staff were not helpful, it was loud outside during the night, and the AC was super loud.

The gym was not in good condition, bad air, treadmills were not working

The room was the best thing. It was comfortable and spacious, however it was half painted, which is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. The reception staff was nice.

The breakfast experience was a major letdown. Breakfast was from 7 to 9:30am, my friends and I arrived at 9:10 and were immediatley told that it was about to close, in a rude way. Breakfast staff was rude, overall. They didn’t speak english, they were sweeping the floor and cleaning the buffet counter as people were still eating. It was a hostile environment.

The staff were very nice especially Quincy, very helpful. A lot of food available for breakfast.

Close by needs, not yoo far from the beach, pool was open 24/7,

Hammocks, plants at the topdeck were dead and dirty, the gym is on 2nd floor, the guy at the desk asked me if I wanted a massage with happy ending, made me question my stay, breakfast was not good

Clean, nice, quite. Amazing buffet. Gym treadmills are cool as well.

Bad Wi-Fi.

Stayed at Vian hotel. Property is in a good neighborhood. I had a comfortable stay. housekeeping was excellent and room was squeaky clean everyday. Quincy from front desk was amazing in helping out with city tour.Would recommend to stay here. amenities matches with pictures here on website. Breakfast selection was delicious.
