Incredible location out of the city with plenty of foliage, a lovely large beach, and monkeys! A brief car ride via Grab takes you to the city museums with amazing sunset and city lights on the return trip. The resort is centrally located for day trips to Hue and Ho An. We loved the large and stunning pool and swam laps to our hearts content. Service is impeccable and the breakfast an immense delight.

The design and decor are a bit shocking at first but appropriate for the stunning locale.

The table had aunts on it as well as the table on the to of the fridge . I was bitten by bed bugs . I really loved your hotel and I would like up visit it over and over again but you should pay more attention about pest control .

The resort is absolutely stunning, perfectly set in nature with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The design is elegant and well thought out, combining luxury with comfort. Service was excellent throughout our stay, with staff attentive, professional, and always ready to assist. A special thank you to Guest Manager Chris, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and memorable.

The staff are wonderful. I requested a yoga mat to be placed in the room for the stay, and they got one for me immediately. They are all very polite and helpful.

The family pool can be bigger as it gets quite crowded.

Heavenly location, beautiful design and beach, amazing staff that went all the way to make our stay comfortable and facilitate everything related to our 9 months old baby, anywhere and anytime.Room service during the stormy evening pretty much saved our vacation, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to have dinner.Breakfast was spectacular with perfectly trained staff very friendly and ready to help out with anything, lots of good food (western particularly), coffee, juices etc. The view is breathtaking. We will surely come back hopefully with a better weather next time!

Still got a few things here even though overall it was an almost perfect stay:- the need for buggies to get around the resort: beach, restaurants, cable car, especially when raining and with a baby. They can get up to 15mins to come depending on circumstances/time of the day/demand and you always need to remember calling for one before going out otherwise you can just walk. On rainy days these become almost necessary. - the communication via Whatsapp came off as a bit unfriendly at times, not a big issue but definitely could be improved!- the beach is huge but they only allow swimming in a tiny portion, makes sense for easier monitoring but felt like a big restriction- rooms are not soundproofed, when the staff cleaned up the room nearby they made a lot of noise up and down the stairs which disturbed our baby's sleep. The front door needs to be fully soundproofed to avoid this.But even with all the above, we still want to go back. Just pointing these for potential improvement to perfection.

Everything. From the amazing amenities to the tasty meals, the addicting aroma of the essential oils all throughout the resort and cold towels, to the unforgettable views and most importantly, the staff. We have been all around the world in wonderful resorts and have never had such attentive, friendly, kind staff. We were sad to leave, but so very thankful that we found this resort/people exist. 100/100 HIGHLY recommend!

Our stay at InterContinental Danang was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VVIPs, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. They remembered our names, our room number, and provided such luxe treatment throughout our entire stay—it truly felt like a dream.We originally booked a Sky Level Suite, but to our surprise and delight, the hotel upgraded us to the Heaven Level, which offered phenomenal panoramic views. Waking up to the breathtaking scenery every morning was absolutely unforgettable, and the extra level of luxury made our stay even more special.The resort itself is breathtaking, nestled between lush mountains and a pristine private beach. Every detail of the property exudes elegance, and our suite was beautifully designed, providing the perfect mix of comfort and indulgence.What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service. The staff didn’t just meet our expectations—they exceeded them. They surprised us with a beautiful 2-in-1 cake celebrating both my husband’s birthday and our part-two honeymoon, along with a bottle of wine, making our stay even more special. When we noticed our chandelier wasn’t working properly, they took immediate action to fix it and even followed up with sweet treats—a testament to how seriously they take guest satisfaction.We also loved seeing the monkeys around the property, especially near the pool, which added a unique and playful touch to our stay. One of our favorite activities was the wildlife expedition around the resort, where we got to explore the stunning biodiversity of the area. In addition to that, we experienced so much—sound baths, yoga, shore fishing, archery, and more. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy at this resort!

Nothing about the property, but I just didn't like how 4 days wasn't enough!

Beautiful forest/spot, wildlife (rare monkeys all over the place), service/personnel (incredibly nice and helpful despite the size of the hotel), spacious rooms (equipment, size, view, etc.), the beach/seashore

Monkey pass closed ! However the hotel and the surroundings are beautiful ! Definitely worth it !!!

The exterior and interior design of this resort are absolutely visually pleasing, the staff is extremely professional and nice, food quality is excellent, activities pack is great, and kids club is a life saver for parents!

Some staff’s English is not great and misunderstandings happen, and I remember one waiter is pushing just a bit too hard like borderline disturbingly asking us mention his name in Google review, which I wouldn’t do because it would be a disservice to him if I actually write down how I feel about him.

The resort is so clean with spacious room. The staff are so courteous, helpful and prompt to guest request. They are friendly, attentive and always eager to tell us more of the their local culture, environment and the wildlife.

It's a Monkey Hill ,there are lot of Monkey arround You can't really sit outside in balcony.

The attention to detail and the serene ambiance throughout our stay created the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway.We are deeply grateful for everything and highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and extraordinary experience. Loved the location. Super quiet.

Over enthusiasm of staff. When the housekeepers cleaned our room the head housekeeper would come and check in with us to see if it was clean. Then 30 minutes later her boss would call us to see what sort of job they did. Restaurant would call us and ask if we liked the breakfast and what could be better. Beach staff would come and chat for ages every time we went to the beach. One day we received 5 calls from different staff checking in. I’m on holidays I want to relax. Give me a questionnaire about the service rather than constantly hassle me while I’m trying to relax.

Breakfast was great, location with view was breathtaking. Staff went the extra mile to replace the birthday cake they specially prepared as surprise upon our arrival which we left uneaten after 2 days. We finally ate it on the 3rd day and was good.

Not so convenient during heavy rain and strong wind, many staff and maintenance team had to take care of problems caused by the heavy downpour.
