Exactly what I paid for, a reduced price for a nice room with no view. Great location, facilities and staff.

Very well run Hotel, adjacent to the beach. Beautiful pool with city and sea views. Staff were both helpful and friendly. Nearly perfect

Only one thing irked us, on first entering our room we had a feeling of claustrophobia. Once curtain was drawn the feeling lessened. There was no view from window. Just a wall.

Location and staff

The hotel quite old inside. The carpet is extremely dirty and smell on the 15 Floor

Baggage service and room service were excellent. They were always available to help at anytime of the day or night.

Construction next door was loud.

New,clean, modern and comfortable. Very helpful staff, many with good English. Lovely rooftop pool. 2 min walk to miles of sandy beach/ocean. Breakfast buffet big/heavily Asian oriented. Room Wifi free. Metered taxis always avail. Manager good.

Construction of new hotels on either side, limits privacy of having ocean viewing/sleep in. Bathroom small/narrow. Area still developing, could be bit quiet for some/need to do homework on places to eat/socialise elsewhere on beach strip/city.

The breakfast was really good, huge selection of everything you'd want. Rooftop is nice, coffee is excellent. The room was big and comfortable. Wifi was ok.

The pool and gym were not the best.

The hospitality exceeded my expectation. The gym, spa and swimming pool were excellent. The roof top bar gives a panoramic view of the surroundings. Highly recommended.

The room that we availed was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. The pool area was good too.

The AC had a problem, but they were prompt to fix it for us.

The breakfast was very good, which is included, and the hotel had a nice variety to choose from. All of the staff were kind, courteous, and very professional and i never saw one that didn't have a huge smile on their face. The facilities were well-kept and the hotel has little extras that will definitely make you appreciate them even more.The hotel is adjacent to the beach and a string of nice restaurants, so it is a matter of choosing one or several. The location is great so you are close to many attractions in Da NangThe hotel has set times for complimentary airport pick up and drop-off, which is 15 minutes away, but you need to let them know your arrival time and request the complimentary ride.

I think most hotels do this, so it applies to all of them. If you miss the set time for your pick up, or it doesn't fit in your arrival time, you can request a pick for a fee. The fee, to me, is very inflated. Other than this, I didn't have an issue with the hotel, staff, or any other costs.

The view was a bit obstructed by the restaurant in front. The crossing road to the beach has no traffic light so it’s a bit dangerous.

Property was very accessible to the beach. Staff are friendly and everyone smiles at us. Breakfast is great too!

Location is great, right across the street from Da Nang’s most popular beach

This hotel is at the very bottom end of a 4 star hotel ranking in my opinion, in fact probably more like a 3 and a half star. It started from the room “upgrade” I elected to a high floor superior room which ment literally a high floor room with a view to a wall. The room was very outdated, very warn out, furniture all scratched, linens and towels falling apart, signs of mold in the corners in the shower. WiFi was so slow that most of the time, and certainly during peak usage hours it just didn’t work at all. The hotel only has 2 elevators and no service elevator, so at any given time I was riding with hotel staff, often with cleaning carts, sometimes even with trash carts. And since so many hotel staff are riding the lifts, they literally stop at almost every floor, so a ride to my “high floor” room can sometimes take 10-15 minutes. Breakfast seems to have a pretty good selection, but very poor labeling of dishes, so for a person with dietary limitations, be it for health, religious or ethical reasons, you are forced to stick to strictly raw fruit and vegetables. Service levels at the hotel are acceptable, but certainly not exceptional. I’ve stayed at other 4 star hotels in Vietnam with much superior service although similar price point. If you are going to stay at this hotel, pick a sea view room with a balcony, otherwise there are lots of better options in the immediate area.

My stay here overall was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable – exactly what you’d expect from a premium stay. The staff were courteous and consistently helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.The location is another major plus – right on the seafront, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of local and international. While most aspects of the stay lived up to expectations, the pool experience did not reflect the same standard. That said, I’d still recommend the property for its comfort, service, and location – just with a caveat if the pool is an important part of your stay.

The pool facilities were a letdown. The pool itself was noticeably smaller than depicted in the promotional photos, and during my visit, the water didn’t appear very clean. Additionally, smoking was allowed in the pool area, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable and relaxing.Plus if you can bear with the noise from the pubs, night spot nearby then it's ok. Else remember to bring earplug especially if it's the beachfronting units. But they stopped about 2am

Lovely large room overlooking the beautiful beach. The staff couldn't do enough, would definitely recommend.

Disappointing

Very outdated. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom with the shower in it leaked all around it was such a mess.
