Location is good and staff is helpful

Dirty. When i arrived there were clipped nails and hair on the balcony and some shaving leftover in the bathroom.

The Receptionist was very welcoming, nice and helpful.

I think it's ok for a night or two but it was old broken a bit dirty and very humid..

The room was dirty. The window that she had just looked at the wall. And before that, as I rented the room, I asked if there was a window there, they told me, there was a window. But the window just looked at the wall, and there was absolutely no light or sunlight either.

Reception staff not friendly or efficient, making my check-in experience very unpleasant. The room was not very clean and the drainage in the bathroom was terrible.

1) after arriving to the hotel they said they don’t have one more room for us (we booked 2 rooms and they approved it)2) after they said they have only one clean room for us and no one will clean other rooms. We were 3 persons for one double room.3) in our rom air conditioner didn’t work and they suggest us another dirty room with full of trash in the room and bathroom. The bedding was dirty and they are trying to convince that the beds were clean though there were a lot of dark hairs on it and the floor was full of sand and hairs

The sheets and towels were clean. The location is pretty ideal if you want to be in the tourist area. The hotel was relatively quiet despite being on a busy crossroads. If they fixed the problems listed, then it could be a decent room.

Compared to other hotels in Da Nang in the same price point, this one is in desperate need of maintenance and a deep clean. The air-conditioner, the bathroom exhaust fan, the window sill and the blinds were very dirty. The floor wasn't good enough either. The window looked directly into another building and was covered in a decal so there was not much natural light. The wifi dropped out pretty regularly. The TV screen was damaged. The bathroom door was warped and couldn't close. And to top it off, a staff member entered my room without knocking one afternoon. They claimed it was a mistake, as their system said the room was supposed to be empty, which is probably true, but still not great.

The place was so cozy and good located so I extended my stay several times, the girls at the reception were amazingly friendly and helpful so highly recommend :)

Best place to stay in Da Nang. The staff is super helpful and cordial. 'Hien' was super helpful from day-1. We rented scooters from the hotel itself and also went for a hot stone massage session at the babylon spa which is situated in the hotel itself(highly rated, super professional staff). Would recommend 10/10 for the price tag it is coming at.

The room was ok, but not very clean... when checking out they asked us to wait while they checked the room, which seemed a bit rude... Do they imply we steal or trash the room.. strange... We did not wait as we were in a hurry... :D The front of the hotel is not as beautiful an in the Photos... It's all changed... They should update the photos...

Aside from the rain, the season of which I didn't quite check, I immediately liked the location when I arrived. The upstairs balcony met my expectations. Beer in hand, I could relax while taking in the busy neighborhood that unfolded before my eyes. Just a click on the local Google map, and a variety of restaurants from different countries were available to me. The beach a few steps away and courteous and remarkable service, I was won over by these Vietnamese, especially the ladies.

The daily room service was impeccable and left the room smelling good. However, as everything is imperfect, the layout of the bathroom is typically Asian and the shower is not insulated. But, I adapted quickly. I scheduled its use in the morning, just before the arrival of the smiling cleaning ladies.

Everything was very good except the last night. Unfortunately, the hotel is not properly guarded at night. So, the last night was absolutely spoiled by some drunk guest who was extremely noisy, shouting load and slamming the doors. And noone has stopped him or calmed him down – I didn't feel safe that night.

Lovely room with windows and balcony. In the middle of the An Thuong tourist area and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The young receptionist Tuyen was very helpful and efficient - and such a lovely smile.

A bit confusing to find it at first, with the ground floor of the building facing the street being a cafe and a massage place.

Good location close to the beach and the room got lots of natural light.

Staff were quite rude when asked to help with things, I asked if they had an iron and just got bluntly told no and I had to claw out of them where I could get a shirt ironed. Entrance to the hotel is through a restaurant

The address listed on booking.com for this property was incorrect. This resulted in a very tired backpacker wandering around alone at night trying to find it. No help/answer from contact number.

This place was so disappointing I can’t even explain it. The staff were friendly and the room was large with great natural light. The aircon was cold and worked well. The bed was soft and clean. But spend your money elsewhere. This was the saddest hotel room I’ve had in all of Asia and the most expensive ($34AU p/n). For $19 a night you can get a whole apartment in Da Nang with a kitchen and washing machine, and it’s clean and doesn’t have a hole in the wall, yes, you read that right, a huge square foot hole straight in the wall to let the mosquitos, cock roaches and whatever else in. Oh and when you say on the toilet, the hotel next door could see you doing your business. when I asked them to cover it for me they could even cover the whole hole, just half of it. Save your money and go elsewhere. There’s far better places for HALF THE PRICE!
