Pullman Danang Beach Resort

The pool and spa are phenomenal, and are very large and spacious. The hotel staff and concierge are friendly and helpful for giving directions and information about the area.

The location is a bit far away from the city and the section of the beach is quite wavy.

Breakfast not included. They don't exchange cash more than $200, and when I gave cash, they returned it to me with words "too old money". And I can't buy it with my credit card. So I should go to find ATM by myself.

This hotel is amazing! So beautiful, so clean. We stayed in a villa and had our own garden with ocean view to ourselves. The bathroom was as huge as the bedroom! The staff was so friendly! Nicest hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in! food was amazin

There were so many staff and every single one was exceptionally friendly and helpful.The kids club was great. I was worried my 7 year old might be too old, but there was enough to keep her entertained a couple of hours a day.Only one pool but it was a very good one.The beach was lovely. Surprisingly clean and nice for swimming.

Good location on the edge of the city. Comfortable room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as stock often ran out and not to the quality expected of a 5 star hotel or Pullman. Beautiful looking grounds. Pool would benefit from being heated a few degrees.

The location is nice and quiet, located on the beach and near lots of restaurants, cafes and spas.

Decor is somewhat dated, but I can't complain too much about that. The hotel is still clean and in decent condition.

Good breakfast, not a bad location.

Hot water issues everyday, was told to run the hot water for 10-15 minutes before I wanted a shower. Pool is freezing, the kids area lacks much for them to do, the gym is one of the worst hotel gyms I have ever seen. Hotel bar is awful, soulless. Regretted staying here.

Green netting on the beach near the pool ruins the view.A bit challenging to communicate with staff as their English language proficiency quite low.
