Overall good location, nice room with view.There was bit of sound from outside. It would be better to make room soundproof

Room wasn't like people said that bad , it's big and quiet , outside the hotel is river good to walk , u csn rent scooter from hotel pretty easy and convenient .staffs give good advices .

Huge room with a river view; exceptional value for money.

Needs an upgrade, fittings worn, but that’s reflected in the price, so no complaints. Shame about whatever they washed the bedding in; it was had a very powerful and unpleasant smell. There’s a flight of stairs to reception, no help was offered.

The bed is comfortable and has fresh clothes. There was no bad smell, the cheap price and being able to book such a comfortable room was surprising

Nice room, good price, beautiful Han river view

The quality of the room is good, the bed is comfortable, the best thing is that there is no cleaning staff in the morning to bother me, I can sleep until noon.

the rooms are well- maintained, tidy, and offer plenty of space

I booked the hotel for a nice spot to watch the Fireworks Festival to avoid being in the crowd, this meets my expectation, the staffs are very nice and supportive. The hotel rooftop is available for the show with a ticket at 4 dollars.

The room is fair to the price, I don't expect too much, but they should apply more pest control service: cockroaches in the bathroom (3rd floor) and unavoidable mice in the parking basement so cat' poops smell badly there when we go to get the rent bike. I would not say no to visit again, just expect that they can improve.

Spacious room, location, view.

Cleanliness of the hotel was very poor, stairs floor was full of cigarette buts, main glass doors were filthy. Air conditioning would not turn off,set on one setting only,vents did not work. bed sheet did not fit,so in the morning you were lying on mattress. Used tissues were on top of mirrors and still there when we left. Some of the sockets didn't work.in general the whole hotel was unclean and does not warrant the rating that is advertised.

Location was just besides the river.Easy 10mins walk to the dragon bridge

Charged me extra for early check in even when rooms were available

The location is great, you can easily travel to market and the Dragon Bridge by hiring a motorbike

The room is always having a bad smell and the beds were not really comfortable.

No breakfast provided. View was good. A restaurant would be a bonus.

The wifi was on and off often. But when it was on, I experience a very fast connection

near to center city

staff is not hospitable, bed got bugs, AC was faulty and a dead Refrigerator so hot water bottle for drinking…. and they make sure that you pay for every second u stay extra in there hotel.

The location was not ideal since it was on the opposite side of the beach. There was a lot of constructions going on around the hotel and many debris on the ground making it difficult to walk around. The rooms smelled damp , the carpet had questionable stains on it and the linen was old and ripped. Finally, the bed were not very comfortable.

Its have good river view, I can see Dragon Brigde and Han River Brigde. its so bling bling at night

They are repair the rooftop too noise in the early morning and its last until noontime make we really really uncomfortable

Good facilities , friendly staff , good value for money . Location by River ok but not best for exploring Danang . But good for short stop over . Comfortable beds .

Quite noisy by River but that was atmospheric and reflective of colourfulness and life in Asia.

Noise early morning. But I have to say that it might not be a problem for early risers

bad experience

we got the hotel and everything was ok, but once we got the room there was a really loud noisy, they were working and they do no say anything about it, I went to the reception and asked for a room in the first floor and they said nothing available in the first floor, if they mention it in that moment we check in definitely I take the decision stay or not. so at the end I left the hotel.
