The view from our room and pool area

No pool towels or system going, got extra towels for pool area then spent the rest of our time trying to explain we didn’t miss place them. Even had house keeping knocking on our door when sick asking for us to sign for missing towels. Took 4 days to sort it out. The pool area was great they just didn’t encourage its use or make it a enjoyable experience

As I traveled for work. There is no iron provided but they have the service instead.

Fraud/cheating

Please don't miss taking bills for every payment. They changed us for 3 day bike although we took only 1 day and that was paid. They cheat at checkout.

Air-conditioning not cold enough, feeling quite hot in the room, no improvement even after complaining. Other than the ac, everything is good. Very good location, only about 200m away from My Khe Beach, can view sunrise every morning. The price is pretty reasonable as well. We had a great stay for the 4 nights!

Beautiful hotel, requires a bit of maintenance, lots of half jobs , painting touch ups - just paint the wall .

Good location, good facilities, close to the beach as long as you have the courage to cross the 6 lanes. You will be fine with the electric cars around. Breakfast was ok.

The only down point was the service and I really hope this can be improved. I am not sure if it's just us, we don't feel welcomed and sometimes need to call out twice to get the staff's attention. We don't have this problem elsewhere so it really turned us down, especially being the last stop of our trip in Vietnam.

The location was decent.

It was smelly, and definitely older. The property was not clean. I’m typically not a picky person. But this is a no thank you from me, and my family. Some staff were friendly, some were pushy and very unaccomdating. Had to switch hotels. The bed was also very discomforting.

Hotel rules. THEY DEMAND FULL PAYMENT DURING CHECKIN OTHERWISE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PASSPORT.Really very bad rules as most of the currency conversion is not done at the starting point.This one is the worst rule and I only experienced this in this property only. AT HANOI or Nha trang, we give payment during checkout. Another thing is at reception no one understand English.At least one person should be there who knows English..and the worst part is room service food.They don't understand anything.If so then they should mention that this is only for Vietnamese people not for any other. VERY DISAPPOINTED FROM SUCH A 4 STAR HOTEL

Need a separate shower, other than bath tub. People may fall and hit there head, if slips. Food was acceptable. Staff was friendly but really difficult to communicate due to language barrier. Room is cleaned well . Good cleaning staff.

The views were fantastic facing the beach.

Being on the 17th floor we could hear people in the pool above, the bar lacked atmosphere. Not wheelchair or disability friendly.

Lovely location on the coast line, although a substantial walk into town/market and dragon bridge.Clean and airy, nice size room and modern shower. Pool was small but clean and refreshing, could have done with a few more loungers (only x3) Staff pleasant.Swift laundry service.

No restaurant as advertised on rooftop, as well as no bar service. We brought our own and took to the swim pool terrace in the evenings.

The room was overall comfortable, the bathroom had good water flowing without wet over the entire bathroom after the shower.

Corridor look old

Great location for with good view of the beach from our room. Good value for money. The breakfast buffet was good as well.

Could improve the cleanliness and presentation of the spa. Toilets and shower not being properly separated makes the whole toilet wet. Not a major issue as they offer daily room cleaning service.

Clean room well maintained…lovely view of the sea from the room… buffet breakfast with various meals… very welcoming and hospitality staffs.. big time recommendation for anyone..

There is nothing i didn't like.

Bad

On check out, we were accused of taking 2 bath robes. We were forced to pay 800k VND. We were pressed for time due to a planned flight. We offered to show our bags but they didn’t care. This is unacceptable.

Clean, spacious

There’s only two elevator, it’s take time especially when having breakfast
