Very bad experience, dark, humid, noise, poor windows, stuffy air, bad WIFI,

The location was great and it was a big room. We checked in late at night and all they had left was a family room so we got that upgrade for free. The staff speak minimal English so using Google translate is a must. Yes the room was rundown but when you are paying so cheap you really get what you pay for. Probably would rather stay in a hostel dorm and have better facilities than this. The cafe to the left of the hotel as you come out has good brekkie FYI

There was no hot water, we found a used condom packet in the drawer next to the bed, no AC, didn’t realise the water in the room wasn’t free, the sheets smelt very dirty so did the towels. Half the light switches didn’t work and overall the whole room was very run down. The sheets also made us very itchy.

Disappointing

The hotel receptionist refused to accept the price mentioned on booking.com and we had to pay more as we didn't have any option on last moment. The receptionist was not much welcoming.

They have an elevator which was really nice.

We booked a room through booking.com and it was $8 but when we got to the hotel they asked us to pay more and told us it wasn’t the price of the room. The staff were also very unfriendly.

Great location. We arrived in the morning unannounced and were able to check in without any problems. Nice service

Cleanliness could be improved

Location

Don't book a double standard room. There is no outside window, which means no air flow and the room has an old air smell. The only window is to the corridor and the curtains are transparent and people can see your bed. Pics don't show the bathroom which is the worst part, toilet next to a shower head that is lying down in a bucket of water (?!) In a one tiny room. Wasn't that clean either...

For such a good useful, central Da Nang city location and for the economical cost of the room, I felt quite satisfied.The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

It has to be said that the hotel is a little rundown and in need of some renovation, however this factor is reflected in the price you pay for the room.

the reception is not really 24hrs. If you come in after a certain time the door is locked and they are not happy to let you in. Had real issues with the toilet flush during our stay too. lift was slow

The location is good and the staff were friendly.

The room was filthy. We had the leave the 2nd night as we found 4 cockroachs. There was also old used face masks and condoms under the bed. There was a smell of urine from the toilet, bed was very firm.... 1 window that looked out to a wall so might as well had no window.We did try to communicate the issues above with staff but unfortunately they had little English and we had little Vietnamese. We did show them pictures of the above but they did not seem to react. That said the price is super cheep. But would cost little to do a general clean up.Would not recommend even for cheap price.Other reviews don't seem to reflect the above for some reason.

The location is perfect

The room doesn't have a window. It's dark, even with all lights. The hotel is very old.

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, bars and ATMs. The room had all the general facilities required when travelling such as toothbrushes, towels, kettle etc.

The staff take the room key from you every time you leave the building and also make you leave your passport at the front desk for the entirety of the trip. If you stay out late, once you return the hotel is locked and the staff are usually sleeping on the sofa in the main lobby so you have to bang on the door to wake them up.
