The hotel requests for payment via a separate link (outside of Booking) well before the arrival. The link isn’t working smoothly and may appear like a scam. The staff experiences issues with English. It is hard to communicate. The room floor was dirty at the time of check in with food remains and just dusted. The hotel is quite far from the main corniche and the city attractions, only driving distance

This hotel was an excellent choice for our family trip. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a great variety that pleased everyone. The highlight was the wonderful water park, while our kids loved it! We highly recommend it for a fun, stress free family getaway.

Nothing to complain. Everything was perfect ✅

From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. Both Ms. Akane and Ms. Thuy Tran took care of us like we were their family. Every part of the service was intentional and well thought out. We never had to leave the hotel. They helped us arrange a special birthday dinner for my son and the families we travelled with and they even sent up a birthday cake and came up to sing to us. Out of everything that happened that weekend, indoor waterpark, beach, arcades, my son’s favorite part was the singing! When I got sick, they arranged for me to get to a Dr and sent a nurse up to help my mom. We will be back very soon! Thank you for an amazing time.

I wanted to move in! ?

Staying at Mikazuki Resort has been the best 5* family vacation experience I've had. 1. We were very well taken care of by our guest relationship officer, Yen. We had a private group chat on WhatsApp, and she was always answering/helping us with all our requests in a timely manner. She also arranged a beautiful setup in our room for our anniversary. When we left, she even created a personalised family photo with a frame as a souvenir for us to take home.2. The Blue - the restaurant in Mikazuki. My wife has gluten intolerance and complex gastrointestinal issues. The team was super attentive to her needs. They took her around the breakfast buffet counter and explained which foods contained gluten to her. She also couldn’t drink soymilk that contained sugar, and the F&B Manager, Khanh, took the time off work to find an unsweetened soy milk for her for the entire duration of our stay. Lastly, when we were leaving, the F&B Assistant Manager, Linh, even gave my wife a loaf of GF bread that she liked a lot as a goodbye gift! Overall, the food and variety were excellent.3. The housekeeping team was cleaning *twice* a day. Everything was spotless! They also brought us tiny treats in the evening during our stay, which was extremely thoughtful and sweet. 4. The heated waterpark and infinite pool! We were in the water, or an onsen, every single day. Our 2-year-old daughter absolutely loved the water slides! We've had musical fountain shows, fireworks, a bathtub on the balcony with a great view, and so much more.Strongly recommend the place, and we can’t wait to go back again!

Value for money! Great place to take young kids. Breakfast was always excellent. Location was great. One of our kids ran into an elevator and the door closed so we were in a panic and the staff quickly located him and got him safely. Thank you so much for that!

The property is beautiful.. lots of things to do .. I think if you have a family it’s a excellent choice

There are a lot of rules for the indoor swim rides Also the booking I thought was for 2 adults and 2 children but was charged extra on arrival exactly why I’m still not sure but lost in translation so I don’t want to argue

Great hotel for the family, quiet and nice, beautiful ocean view. We really enjoyed the facilities and the hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite.

It would be nice to have some hooks in the bathroom

A quite large facilities with a hefty number of pools ? it turned out really well for us as we arrived during a bit of gloomy and rainy days which didnt matter at all thanks to all the pools and water park and other entertainment facilities for both grown ups and kids. Our kids are in love with all the pools. Their beach club is super nice.

Breakfast pancake and waffle are not very good but others are fine.

    10HitomiPosted on: 8-25-2025

The Nami pool and roof-top pool were amazing! The waterpark was very useful when it rained outside. Great for families with kids.

I was asked to make payment in advance through a payment link in order to keep my reservation, which was different from the explanation I got from booking.com. I had already registered my credit card in booking.com to secure my stay. It was unpleasant customer experience. Also, the Mikazuki staff explained that the payment link is more secure than booking.com, which did not make sense. Booking.com uses secure system, and using a payment link is no better than the booking.com system. I felt that Mikazuki was making wrong statement about security, and using security as an excuse to use the payment link. This is not a good customer experience to be honest.

We had a huge room, where we could stay with our 2 young kids. Nice pools.

We stayed 7 days. We could get a discount for the food we ate at their restaurant. We didnt know till the last few days. You just have to register as a member. Its pretty distant to a lot of other places

I went Da Nang twice and we always choose this hotel. My in-laws are impressed by this hotel. I wished that I had more time to stay there longer. I went there twice but did not have chance to get to lazy river, fuji pool and the beach. They built a bridge to cross the street which makes me feel more safe to go to the beach.

They don't allow outside food. I hope that they will have variety of snacks and drinks available in the resort. I was craving for milktea and V-streetfood/snacks but I cannot get some.

    8MadeleinePosted on: 4-29-2025

Great fun and a little bit wacky. We really loved the water park and the beach club. Where the hotel was really lacking was in catering for our daughter, who is Coeliac. There was a real lack of understanding regarding what she could and could not eat (the chef told us we could have the couscous on the breakfast buffet!) which is simply not acceptable for a 5* hotel. There should be allergy awareness and training. They did arrange some gluten free bread for her but overall there was very little she could eat in any of the restaurants. There was nothing at all that she could eat at the beach club and the service there was also a little haphazard-god forbid you should want something to eat there at 2pm! Overall a fun experience but we wouldn’t go back.

Lack of understanding regarding our daughter’s food allergy.the hotel is also not in central Da Nang, so no really decent bars and restaurants around other than the hotel.

Amazing hotel! We loved it. The best we’ve been to and we have stayed at many. So clean, so shiny and everyone is super helpful. Great facilities for kids.

    Nothing. Wished we stayed longer.

    10CharlesPosted on: 4-26-2025

    Very clean. Great facilities.

Distance to the city and Hoi An wasn’t great but we knew that when booking.

    9CharbelPosted on: 4-26-2025

The kids absolutely loved it. Different pool options were great and the hotel is beautiful. Having a beach was also a bonus.

    3seanPosted on: 4-25-2025

Lazy river and water show were good and included with room.

We made the mistake of prepaying for the water park and onsen which was a disappointment. The three largest slides had height and weight restrictions that prevented the kids from using. The wave pool was a disappointment. The food in the water park was very expensive and disappointing. There are many rules and restrictions. The hotel caused us much anxiety by attempting to require us to use a payment portal other than booking.com with an embedded contract of additional rules - since we’re travelling without a cellular number we couldn’t use their portal and they threatened to cancel our bookings. The facility is very far from alternative restaurants and the city. And, the on site restaurants are incredibly expensive.
