Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Da Nang - Complimentary Daily Afternoon Tea

Location and staff

Would prefer two pillows per bed instead on one cushion and a pillow. The cushion seemed dirty.

Staff was attentive on a daily basis! Always willing to help .. Bobby was great!!

Nice property,I will definitely stay again!

The amazing infinity pool and the hosts of this hotel. Cara is so welcoming and kind to not only us but we observed she treated all customers this way. The complimentary buffet was delicious and caters not only to meat eaters but to vegetarians and vegans. They helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations for foreign travelers who do not know the area. We had such a wonderful stay and we will return one day! Ask for Cara! She will treat you right!

Nothing. But be aware the bathroom is see thru to the bedroom although there is a drape to pull down for your privacy.

Great location. Rooftop is pretty but it was too cold during our stay to enjoy. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Our room was not ready when we arrived (we were not early) when we asked for a late check out we were told not possible. Breakfast ends at 9:30am which is kind of early. No great place to refill water bottles on your own that is sanitary and they will not give extra free small bottles.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was also not bad. Bobby and Cara were very helpful and friendly.

The balcony was quite small and didn’t have much space

A comfy quiet room with big tv and Netflix. Ideal to recover ;)Breakfast was good and the best staff ever :)

Location , breakfast, staff

The staff here very nice and helpful mention Helen, Bobby, Cara in reception and good driver he know a bit EnglishBreakfast is good, room was clean. We will stay here again if comeback Da Nang

The golden loutus luxury hotel is an amazing place to stay at. I would like to give a big shout out to one of the workers name Don. He went above and beyond to our needs. Amazing staff, the location was best to all the hot spots and etc. We are definitely staying at this hotel again. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

One thing we didn't like is that they didn't refill the body wash. It's not a big deal, but that's something that they could improve on.

It was typhoon season when we get there, so even the pool is closed. We asked if we could be transferred to a room with bath tub so our kids could do something. Unfortunately in our 4 days of stay we were not accommodated even if we know there are still other rooms available. And the staff they will be nice to you because they will ask for your rating. They will ask this and fill up the form for you so they could click 5-star. Haha

Loved our stay! Breakfast, ocean view suite, roof top pool and bar were all amazing. Great location short walk to beach and great restaurants.

I loved it was modern with a comfortable bed. The staff were so amazing and I would come back to any hotel they work at.

If the breakfast ended later, at 10, that would be nice

Good location. Friendly staff. Nice room

Breakfast closing time is too early (9:30am)

The hotel is in a great area 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The check in was easy and the ladies at the desk and manager were great and will helpful advice for places to visit/tours. The breakfast had full options of asian to western menus and the rooftop pool was nice and views of the beach. The hotel also has a shuttle to and from the airport that is available. Would defiantly stay here again when coming back to Da Nang

The staff is amazing, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, the pool is beautiful, and it’s in a great location. The staff went out of their way to assist us from giving us recommendations to making sure we were comfortable. Thank you to James and everyone else. Whether you or a local or coming from another country like me this hotel will exceed expectations. The area around the hotel was very walkable, there is so much you can do. You have the beach right in front, historical locations like marble mountain, and Hoi A close by, and so much more. I will be back.

There was nothing to dislike.

Friendly staff, good food and service. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Great staff and really great food at their restaurant! Breakfast was ok, we always can find something to eat. However, experience with lunch and dinner was even better. Pool is small but good with nice view. Afternoon tea is very good feature, my kids loved it:)Good location near restaurants and shops. Close to the beach.

All was good

Rora and Bobby at the reception went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the few hotels where the pictures match the actual property. 10 out of 10

Nothing to complain about

Very clean and staff were respectful and helpful, incredibly attentive. Hotel concierge with Ryan arranged a whole day trip with driver exploring the Son Tra peninsula with our whole group.

Nothing, it was quite literally exactly what we needed.

Great location

Pictures on Booking.com were definitely old and not current. Clean, well kept facility but in need of a refresh.
