MERCY EMERALD HOTEL

The rooms were dirty and not soundproofed. Breakfast was not good. I asked for extra pillows and toilet paper twice the moment i stepped into the room and they didn't bring it until late at night.

Excellent location — right in the center of Da Nang. I really enjoyed the hotel service and the staff.I had to work from the hotel, and they kindly arranged a spot for me in the dining area where I could work comfortably.Special thanks to Kane - he was very helpful and always ready to assist. I truly hope the hotel recognizes and appreciates his hard work!Breakfasts were delicious - you can order an omelet or fried eggs, and they were very tasty.The beach is also relatively close.

There’s a karaoke place nearby and also a bar right next to the hotel.Our room faced the street, and it was sometimes noisy late in the evening or at night.

The room size is huge! Breakfast had so many choices. Just few minute walking distance to the beach

The staff will great the location is awesome very kindness the staff I said i will put a shout out to Allen downstairs he was good

The breakfast isn't the greatest occasionally you get some noisy neighbors having showers about three in the morning but I actually quite enjoyed the place good place to go

They charge for water bottles in fridge and that too its 50000 dong for 2 bottles.Also if u make bedsheet dirty, charges will be passed onto customer for cleaning.

Good hotel in a convenient location. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Clean room. The air conditioner needs general cleaning.

Everything perfect

Very comfortable with good facilities. Huge choice for breakfast not necessarily what you think for breakfast but it is available in cost of the room

All employees are good, Brian is a special one, he is a good staff and very helpful , we enjoyed every moment when we stayed in the hotel

The location, on a main road with many restaurants and coffee shops, is very close to the beach.Staff are all nice and polite.

The facility was disappointing. The room was smaller and less pretty than in the picture. We had NO view, the "city view" was a wall, full of AC exterior parts, so close to our window that I could touch them. I barely had the space to open my luggage. I don't feel like the room was super clean either. Everything in the toilet was narrow. Most importantly, the room had no noise isolation whatsoever. I could hear people talking in the other room, not mentioning people talking in the corridor. And when people rang the bell next door, I thought they rang for my room.I'd rather pay more for a better room. It's a bit sad to stay here for a holiday.

It’s a comparably new hotel

Extremely noisy airconditioning ao hard to sleep and when I asked to move me to another room they said it’s not a solution and I have to figure the solution out myself. At 6am some noises started, I guess from the restaurant so in total I was sleeping like 3-5 hours.

We had a great stay at Mercy Emerald. The staff and hospitality is excellent especially Daniel, the front office team and security guy

The breakfast wasn’t diversified but still okay

Gym - horrible .

We requested a family room for 3 adults. The bed was comfy and the restroom was nice and spacious. We had asked if we could drop off our luggage 2 hours before check-in and it was difficult for them to respond through text and call. Buffett had plenty of options to pick from.

Our room was on the 11th floor and it seemed like they were doing construction in the next room. Since it was raining, we stayed inside for some time and all we heard was banging and drilling from the construction. Housekeeping did not come until past noon.
