Novotel Danang Premier Han River

The pool was wonderful. The food was very good. ?

The appliances weren?t always working, some of the staff were rude, many things in the room were old. We?d booked for a good view 2 months in advance and still ended up on the wrong side. Even the microwave was broken! ?

Restaurant had amazing view of the river.

Room was comfortable. Having the laundry machine was a plus. Used it every day. Buffet breakfast was great. Good choices. View from the room was nice. Looked south along the Han River.

Room size was okay but needs a place to put luggage. Ended up being placed on the floor.

Excellent location. Breakfast was niice. Staff was very friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Location and view

Disappointing experience – not worthy of 5 starsI was very disappointed with my stay at this Novotel hotel. For a 5-star hotel, the quality was far below expectations.The room was very dusty and felt poorly cleaned. The room size was small, which did not match what I would expect from a hotel of this category.The TV was outdated and could not connect to YouTube or any smart features. I also tried using HDMI, but it did not work at all, making the TV basically useless.Overall, the room condition and facilities were not acceptable for a 5-star hotel, and the experience did not match the price or brand reputation. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

It's a typical high starred hotel with decent breakfast choices. Hotel staff were courteous.

What this hotel lack was character and does not make you feel like home. Hotel restaurant and room services couldn't be charged to room bills. Further, our room has a leaky shower floor!!!

It was comfortable and the staff were really helpful! the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The spa services were expensive (disappointing that the massage lady was playing on her phone while giving a massage to both me and my husband).

The view from my balcony at Novotel Danang was truly spectacular! Overlooking the Han River and the iconic Dragon Bridge, it offered a stunning and unforgettable sight. It was the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing night drink and a peaceful coffee in the morning while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Clean, quiet, good location, nice view, good breakfast

Breakfast: you do not have much choices compared to the ones in resorts. Room: there is a door between two separated rooms that the other room is for another guests. And the voices and noises through the door is so clear that you can hear what the other guests are talking about. So annoying.Clean up time : they do not clean up the room unless you talk to the receptionists directly. They said the cleaning up period is from 8AM til 3PM. And our room was not cleaned until 2PM even though we turned on the signal to clean up the room at 8AM.

Centralized location. Perfect view

We stayed a night to watch the fireworks and it got extremely crowded. Elevators were slow and breakfast was chaotic. It seems the hotel caters to big tour group, which makes it noisy and uncomfortable.

Good location along Han River. Our apartment had the view of the river and Dragon Bridge. Walking distance to river cruises.

Breakfast selection was ok. It did not change for the 5 days we were there.

The executive loung and staff are very professional and accomodating. The view from this lounge is fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the bed is super comfy.

The lobby gets very busy with tourists and coach parties leaving little room for seating and its pretty noisy at early morning. No good for working in the lobby that is for sure.
