Nothing really.

Very humid, lots of idols and little shrines everywhere, dark and gloomy, very spiritually loaded

Avoid this hotel. There are many better options for the same money closer to the beach.

The room had no toiletries and the hotel doesn't offer daily cleaning. There were barking dogs on the hallway on the level above us. The hotel is more than 600 meters from the beach. We left early and booked another hotel.

I have arrived at 2Am AND they denied to give the room even after booking

The hotel looks neglected and poorly maintained, and the room condition does not meet even basic expectations.— Dirty walls with stains, water marks, and signs of mold— Peeling paint and damaged plaster— Old, dusty furniture and appliances— Dirty windows and a constant feeling of dampness— Elevator and common areas look unhygienic— The room feels abandoned rather than comfortable— Mini fridge and tea area look like they haven’t been cleaned for yearsIt feels like cleaning is either done very superficially or not done at all. The photos on booking websites are highly misleading and do not reflect the real condition of the hotel.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic living standards. The price is absolutely not justified.

I liked the fact that the room was large

The hotel is in a good location, it's cheap, and it's probably quieter than most places when there is no construction work going on.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. There were constant drilling noises right next to my room starting at 07:30 am. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom (because there's no window), and the ventilation system has a layer of pitch-black filth all over it. All in all, the noise was terrible, so I couldn't sleep, and the air in the room was full of mold and filth. Also, there is a tiny window in the room which is blocked by a newly-constructed concrete wall, so there is no sunlight and the window cannot be opened. All in all, the photos are a 100% lie and the hotel is so unsanitary that it shouldn't be alowed to stay open, in my opinion.

Everything about the hotel is good except for...

There are three construction sites - 2 next door to the hotel and one in front. The construction noise starts at 7am and the noise is terrible. I wake at 6am so it's no problem but you cannot relax in your room during the day. If it wasn't for the construction noise i would give this place a 10.

There is a shower gel/body wash bottle but it's almost empty and the hotel did not re-fill it.

Construction works started at 7am so didn't get a proper night's sleep for the 2 nights I stayed. It was relentless banging from 7 am until 5pm both days. Also the room smelled of damp when the window was shut probably because the design of the shower makes it so water goes everywhere. Lamp was broken also. I felt trapped here because of the construction works... I know it's not exactly their fault but after two nights of no sleep I don't really care.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It’s basically next to a building site. From 6/7am to sometimes 10pm there was loud banging, drilling and the use of power tools. Ear buds and even apple sound cancelling headphones could not stop the noise it is that loud.

- it wasn’t clean- very weird vibe downstairs where some people from the hotel are always present but they don’t interact at all, they just check you out and don’t even say “hi” - it was unpleasant stay

Absolutely Nothing

Room ac was making noise. When I complained I was given a room which was less than half in size. In the new room water pressure was so low I could not take bath properly

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. However, unfortunately there was no hot water to shower with in the morning and we were woke by construction workers at 6am :(

Interior design was breathtaking. We will definitely remember it thanks to the various sculptures and paintings. My favorite thing was huge fish tank filled with taxidermied animals- big snake with a bug in his jaw.

The location and view are good

Bad service. When checked-in got a key from the room that was already taken. Didn't get a change though I asked multiple times. The room inside is very moldy and not really clean. There are no wifi password anywhere, I hoped it would written in the book with tour stuff and bike renting, but it turned to be really greasy. The A/c and the fridge are really loud, luckily it was cold so I didn't really need one and could sleep. The lightning is very dim. It was impossible to read or watch the telephone screen without hurting eyes.

I don't know why this hotel has such good reviews

The hotel and rooms were dirty, including the towels and duvet. There were also dirty towels on the couch and floor in the corridor, and dark liquid on the floor that had not been cleaned for two days. The remote control for the AC was just sticky. The room had a very small window and a lot of noise from some renovation early in the morning. The staff is not really friendly.

For the price, it was as expected - dark small room with a hard bed. I liked the location of it - tucked away on a quiet street but in the middle of everything I wanted to be. I liked that the internet worked well and the bathroom was clean with good shower pressure.

The management was not good. I was very upset because when I arrived I asked to pay for three nights. The guy at reception insisted that I could just book the last night the day of and did not need to pay for it now. I also insisted on paying for it now because I wanted to secure it since I had a busy schedule but he promised the room would be available. Of course, day of, when I go downstairs to start my busy day, they tell me I have to leave because the room is actually not available. This was so stressful for me as it threw off my entire schedule and led to me running around looking for another in-budget hotel. Really frustrating that this could have all been avoided. Also, something of my got lost under the bed so we had to move it and it was NASTY under there, I don't even want to describe what we saw. We had to remove a bag of old wet garbage/clothes (yes I was sleeping on top of this).

Good location, cheap price per room

This hotel is not bad for one or two days as a cheap option. But the room sometimes smells bad with humidity, small window, bad WiFi, old plumbing

The location was good, and the view from the window was lovely. Stagg was nice, and I enjoyed saying hello to them. The water also got nice and hot in the shower, that was nice.

My room had a fridge, hair dryer, and electric teapot. However, it had no plugs for them. Also, there was a table light that also had no power plug. 1 power plug next to the bed in the whole room (I think one behind the TV< but I could not see it. Also, smoking in rooms was bad; people next to me or below smoked all day and night, and my room smelled of cigarette smoke. Cause of this, it made my stay very uncomfortable, and I did not rent again.

The staff were friendly and it was excellently located and very well priced though there was a dog that chased you down the street and into the lift and snapped at your feet.

The general aesthetic was dead animals in tanks the key didn't fit the door and I didn't get an actual fitting one so I never felt safe leaving my belongings and no one ever came to clean not even to pick up the rubbish.
