Seahorse Signature Danang Hotel By Sujet of Haviland

Amazing staff especially the doorman Ty, who was so kind and thoughtful, and Thao at reception who was super helpful. Everyone was friendly and made the stay feel comfortable. My room was a great size for a solo traveller and the location was easy to get to places!

The porter/security guard, Ty An Thao, was the highlight of our stay. Very helpful, friendly, and genuinely kind. Even without speaking English, he made a real effort using Google Translate and wished us well on our travels. Great service from him.

The room (studio on the second floor) was very noisy due to a bar across the street, and the soundproofing was poor. Breakfast was mediocre — fruit not very fresh and pastries seemed old. At checkout, we were asked to write a review immediately so staff could take a photo for management, which felt awkward and unprofessional.

Very comfortable & close to everything! Anh, Thao, An, Nhung, Tien, Ty, Oanh were very helpful & made the stay extremely smooth & pleasant!

Very nicely decorated room. A slightly far from the main attractions of the city. But the staffs were extremely friendly. The breakfast was very nice and tasty. The Coffee may be made a little better considering it is Vietnam. Thank you.

The bathroom was very small. The room and facilities are good but not for a family. Better for travelers who are single or group of young people.

Thao Quynh Nhung Anh Tien Ty Oanh Hieu were very helpful and friendly! The staff answered all of our questions and helped us book tours and find restaurants.

The location was convenient. Staff were nice

You get what you pay for. I think they rushed the cleaning when we checked in because there were still earrings and something that fell from the shower when we got in. Walls looked like they could use some scrubbing. There was hair caught in the sticky parts of the duvet cover. We could periodically smell the sewage water. The lobby always smelled like cockroach spray in the afternoon.

We had a great stay. The hotel is close to everything!

The rooms are incredibly spacious. The location is really convenient if arriving / departing from either the airport or train station.The staff are very friendly. We interacted with multiple staff and they were always super kind, especially the older gentleman (security?) who always is in the lobby.

There were large clumps of hair on the blanket velcros. We booked two rooms and this was the case for both rooms.On the actual bedsheets, there were multiple weird circular stains.The rooms themselves were also pretty damp and musty.Upon checking out, we were pretty rushed for our flight but the front desk staff still pressured us to write the booking.com review on the spot, presumably to make sure we left a good review. I told them multiple times that I'd do it later but the staff was very insistent and wouldn't let us go otherwise. I ended up turning off my data and claiming my phone wasn't working, because I wanted to be honest in my review.

Thao Quynh Tien Ty Tuan looked after us. Assisted with booking tours. Good communication via WhatsApp. For a small hotel there was a good choose of breakfast.

There is no door to separate room and bathroom. You hear everything, feel the humidity and smell everything. Very weird design I have to say. Not comfortable for sleeping
