The location is perfect, only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and with easy access to all kinds of restaurants. The bed is very comfortable as well.

Breakfast hours could be a bit longer, and the food selection feels limited for longer stays.

The location of the Hotel is outstanding with it being in close proximity to multiple convenience stores. The rooms are very nice, clean, and beautifully decorated. And the best part of our stay is the very accommodating staff of the hotel. Everyone was very nice, approachable, and eager to help. The breakfast buffet is also delicious especially the pastries and fresh fruits they serve. The staff of the buffet is also very helpful and kind during the entire duration of our stay. Overall, I really do recommend this hotel not only for its location, aesthetics, and price but especially for the very kind staff that will make your stay 100% worth it. Will definitely be back again. <3

I was travelling with 4 senior citizens so I'm really looking for convenience all throughout the trip. From proximity to airport and must-see locations, to private tours and clean, big rooms but with value for money. Everything checks out and we all enjoyed our stay. Shoutout to Tracy as she really took good care of us from answering patiently all my clarifications about our private tours and transportation requirements weeks before our arrival (more questions even during our stay lol), to making sure we are well-rested each night. She even went above and beyond when she took care of our airport fee, i think it was VND 10.000/car- she gave us VND 20.000 because we were already out of cash. She could've just directed us to the nearest ATM but she gave us cash to avoid the hassle. We were really grateful for her exceptional service. Thank you!

The hotel upgraded me automatically and it is situated in the city center right by the beach.

The staff were nice and accommodating, they even went the extra mile when I requested a little surprise for our wedding anniversary. The location was great, it is near the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our extended stay. Tracy, Lani, Nelly and entire staff were awesome and assisted us promptly when we needed anything. We will definitely come back on our next visit to DaNang.

Staff are super friendly. Tge hotel is very cleaned and the location is great. I will definitely stay at Ruby Star again when I come back to Da Nang next time.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay. The entire staff has been fantastic. I have” Elite” status w multiple large hotel chains and this hotel has been comparable to several mid range properties . My hotel standards are pretty high in terms of cleanliness and customer service. Ruby Star has definitely delivered in both.I definitely recommend staying here,

Minor thing the guest room doors have to be slammed really hard so you hear that on occasion but it wasn’t anything to ruin your stay. I assume it’s the high humidity that causes the doors to swell.

Really loved our stay at Ruby Star Hotel! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained — we had two rooms, one for three seniors, and everyone was comfortable. It’s truly great value for money — you get more than what you pay for! Towels were changed daily, and the staff were always polite, smiling, and helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, cafés, and restaurants. Everything we needed was nearby. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Da Nang!
