Estrella Boutique Hotel

Hotel was extremely clean, great breakfast and prime location.

We booked a tour to ba na hills but on the sign, it didn¿t say anything about overseas guests needing to pay an extra 300,000 ¿¿ng. We were charged an extra 300,000 as a hidden fee. In America, this is called bait and switch and is illegal.

Breakfast had a small selection, just enough for a quick bite in the morning. Seemed very clean at the buffet. The room was amazing. Pretty spacious and felt very relaxed coming back to our room after a full day of exploring.

The shampoo smelt a little bit like rotten eggs. That was the only downside. Everything else was amazing.

I love the location. Close to everything and there’s plenty of shops and restaurants besides the hotel.

It’s a bit hard to be dropped off by grab/taxi but not too bad.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful with good English. Swiming pool was excellent with breath taking skyline view of the city. Breakfast was good even though less vegetarian options, but hotel staff was taking the feedback on this to improve their service. We have used their Spa which was also excellent. The location is walkable to the main beach and most restaurants.

Nothing specific

The hotel is new and the rooms are clean and modern with no mold (many hotels in Da Nang have mold issue), the bed is soft and the wifi is decent. Location is very central on a main street with many food options nearby.

The staff are not well-trained - they called our room every morning at 9am to ask if we need room cleaning, when we clearly put "do not disturb" on the door. This is very amateurish because often guests want to sleep in and not be disturbed by the noisy phone! Even after we told them not to call, they called again the next day.

Estrella is a wonderful new hotel. It is a few block away from the beach, and easy to get to anywhere in Danang from here. All the staff are particularly attentive and helpful- that is what really made this hotel unique ?. Would certainly stay here again, and highly recommend to anybody else.

Nothing at all, except for maybe the bicycle which was feet old

I stayed at the hotel 4 days in a row. The first day, they put in the executive suite, which offered additional spectacular views of the city from a high floor., allowing me to see a number of restaurants and shops of interest, all practically right next to or very near the hotel.. The staff, including receptionists and onsite restaurant, were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast also was very good.

I am traveling often now to Vietnam. Impacting my decision to stay at this particular hotel includes the overall rating and that it advertised a 'gym', as it is not close enough for one to walk to the beach to run a few miles. The gym is on the top floor and has a lot of glass that allows you to see outside. However, it is open to the outside and typically too hot and humid to 'run' on the treadmill. I plan to stay at this hotel when I return to Danang in a couple months. If they get the room cooled down, it will be the first hotel in Danang to get a '10' from me.

The staff were all super friendly and polite — really made me feel welcome.The room was big, clean, and comfy.Breakfast was pretty good too — food came out warm and fresh every morning.Location-wise, it’s really convenient. Easy to get a Grab, and there are lots of famous restaurants and a market nearby.Also, My An Beach is just a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, which was perfect for a morning or evening stroll.

The bathtub design/layout was a bit tricky for me. It was quite high, so getting in and out while taking a bath wasn’t very easy — felt a little unsafe at times.

Staff were polite, room was clean

They were stingy with water bottles and towels. The pool "bar" had no staff and therefore no drinks available. Our "city view" was of a residential rooftop.

Location and value for money was excellent

Beds (timber base on bed takes up too much room and he kicked our shins on it ?) photos on net were deceiving giving us the impression that rooms were bigger then they were.

Very clean, nice staff

Always had to ring downstairs to get pool towels, no pool bar so had to ring reception. English was not very good, but staff were very nice.

Everything - the room, facilities, breakfast, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Super clean and new, and quiet. Pool was amazing, lovely views.

Hotel was conveniently located, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants & bars. Facilities were great with the rooftop pool, a well-priced spa and our room came with breakfast. Plus the bed was huge (we had a super king in our Superior Double room).

While the water pressure & temp were more than fine, the shower itself wasn’t very functional due to the fact it wasn’t tall enough to get your head without holding the shower head by hand. This may be normal for some but definitely would make washing your hair difficult.

I had a pleasant stay at Khách sạn Estrella. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which made the experience even better.The room was comfortable and well-appointed, but the bathroom grout could use a deep clean or replacement, as it detracted from the overall cleanliness. Additionally, the pool area was not well-maintained during my stay — it definitely needs better upkeep and cleaning.Overall, a decent stay with standout service and location, but a bit more attention to cleanliness in certain areas would really elevate the experience.

Excellent hotel for so many reasons. Clean comfortable room and bed, staff extremely friendly and helpful, location and rooftop pool amazing.

Clean, quiet room. Good air conditioning

Gym had no air conditioning and had minimal equipment.

The best work of the reception I saw so far, and I travelled a lot.The room was good, but it is so in many hotels. The stuff is what makes the difference. The reception was very helpful and we received assistance in all kinds of situations. They took all our problems and requests as their own ones The breakfast was also great, with many different options to select from

The only thing I was disappointed is the quality of massage. It is okay, that it is more expensive than in the nearby places. Because it is a hotel. But you expect at least the same quality. However, the quality was lower than in other Da Nang places I visited

Absolutely loved the bed and pillows! They were super comfortable. During our trip we kept talking about how comfy the Estrella bed was. Overall great hotel and location. Decent breakfast spread, unfortunately we were in a hurry so couldn't eat much. They have a great infinity pool on the terrace and a 10 min walk from the beach.

The shower area didn't have an enclosure from the WC.
