Waiters at both restaurants ( outside and inside) are very friendly, treated are very nicely

First, when we came to check in, they gave us the room that had a very strong smell of cigarets! And we are traveling with small baby! Then they have spay the room with toilet air spay and offered us to stay there. After some time they agreed to change to another room. No one came to clean our room and change towels, even after I came to reception to ask. When I asked at least to give 2 bottles of water (that are usually replaced every day) when we were checking out, the reception staff said that we have to pay for it.

All positive! Location for peaceful stays, service, food and amenities nothing less than a 5 star. Loved the place completely.

The penthouse room is just fabulous! Huge with 4 balconies, the pictures don’t do justice with it.Giving 10 simply because of how beautiful the room is.The stuff is very nice and friendly also.Overall great stay.

- the location is 30 minutes out of Danang, and it’s basically an abandoned neighborhood.- the shower is horrible, don’t have pressure and it’s hell hot or ice cold, no in between.- the room condition is not perfect, and it’s not tidy clean, there is some wear. Not a big deal considering the price.- the spa/sauna don’t work

A pleasant stay, the stuff left for us was not complimentary, we only found out when checking out that we had to pay for them, they didn’t even let you know when you arrived that the noodles and water and cool drinks were on a tab

The rooms had mold on the wall and it was not cleaned properly. The breakfast served lacked options, the food was not fresh and left open ..fruit flies were on food.

The hotel fully matches the price-quality ratio. It is clean, very attractive, and has a beautiful area with greenery. There is a restaurant and a bar, and the pool is great. The restaurant area is especially nice – tables and chairs are placed on the lawn, which looks very cozy and pleasant. The view is beautiful, and even though it’s far from the sea, it doesn’t feel like something is missing.

The location seems to be far from the city center, and you have to get there by yourself. Also, the bar was a big disappointment. The staff ignored our orders multiple times – we tried to order coffee or a non-alcoholic cocktail two or three times, but they always forgot about us. Eventually, we just left. Worse, we saw a staff member lick a spoon and then put it back into the mixer while preparing a drink for a guest. That was really unpleasant. The bottles behind the bar are fake – they don’t serve alcoholic drinks. Also, the bar staff had no idea how to make basic drinks. When asked for a cappuccino without sugar, they didn’t understand and said “coffee with milk.” They clearly had no training.

Incredibly clean, beautiful views, amenities were amazing, staff were always willing and ready to do anything and everything asked. Massage chairs in the lobby are a super bonus such a delight to use.

Transportation is a must otherwise use ride sharing.

I traveled with my parents and they liked the riverside view and peaceful atmosphere.

Location is way quite far away from city center so be ready for that. I didn't notice when I booked.Rooms are not soundproof and we can hear a lot of what is going on in other roomOur room had no outlet in the restroom which is only place with a mirror. When I told them they looked at me like I was crazy and sent a guy up who saw the same thingNot sure if they are pretending or don't know how their own rooms are set up. Small thing but Water is supposed to be provided 2 bottles per day. I got 4 for and was told I'd get 2 more for my 3 days but never did. then they charged me for 2 bottles . I told them and they said we already entered it into system and it was 2 dollars so I didn't argue but not good service.

I liked the traditional Vietnamese style mixed with modern comfort. Breakfast was simple but fresh.

Chose this resort for a workation and it worked well. The workspace in the room was comfortable and quiet during the day. Internet speed could be faster, but manageable.

My family stayed in a connecting room, which was perfect for traveling with kids. The pool was clean and safe. The garden is large and beautiful, great for children to run around.

We rented a scooter from the front desk and explored local cafes.

Calm and clean, not close to city, but that was good for rest

We were initially worried that 11km from the city might be too far, but it turned out to be totally fine! The road is smooth and wide, and we had no trouble booking a Grab any time of day. It’s the perfect balance — close enough to explore Da Nang, but far enough to enjoy true peace and quiet.
