The Sail Hotel - My Khe Beach

Location was great. Staff was attentive and prodessional.

Stay was too short.

Location was good. Walking distance to the beach. lots of great shops and restaurants near by. Never needed to get a grab. Everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance.

Room was spotless & modern, and the rooftop bar had amazing views. Staff super polite. I loved the afternoon tea set, cute idea. Only downside, pool was a bit crowded when we went.

Not a shiny new hotel but very well maintained. Room was spotless, bathroom clean, and the staff made everything easy. Loved the rooftop tea in the evening while watching the city light up. Buffet breakfast had both Western and local food – decent spread. F&B discount of 15% came in handy for cocktails.

The hotel isn’t new but clearly well maintained – our room was spotless and smelled fresh. Bed was super comfy, exactly what we needed after a long flight. The staff stood out: check-in was quick, and they always greeted us with a smile. Location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, plus cafés and street food stalls all around. Breakfast buffet was busy, but food was constantly refilled and the noodle station was a nice touch. We also enjoyed a drink on the rooftop in the evening – chill vibes and a great view over the city.

Spacious and beautiful room with a pool and breakfast buffet. The staff, especially the receptionist, were super friendly and supportive from the moment I booked.

Even when dealing with a difficult customer complaining multiple times that the construction work on the site behind was too noisey for him. Not their fault at all and nothing they could do about it. Pool is lovely with a stunning view out to sea.

Seriously, this was the best hotel I found in Vietnam for the price. The rooms were fresh, super clean, and perfectly redone. Breakfast? Amazing. Pool? Perfect. Staff? Unbelievably nice.

Property is very clean, beds are comfortable with no squeaking? Plenty of hot water for showers and the front desk personnel are very good and exceptionally friendly?

The location was good on the beach and nice places to eat around (thank goodness because hotel food was awful!)

The breakfast - cold! We had it included in our stay but didn’t have it for 2 out of the 3 days. Only ‘western’ food was eggs and bacon but it was stone cold, stale bread, poor fruit selection. Really disappointing. The reception staff not very helpful. Dispute over bottle of water from our mini fridge - seems ridiculous. We went to the rooftop bar to have a drink in the evening (8pm) and it was closed even though it should be open until 9:30pm. Pool was fine but only 4 loungers and drinks very slow.

Immaculate hotel , fantastic location, excellent pool area, lovely breakfast. Best value and reception and bar staff super helpful.

Good breakfast buffet, bit crowded at times, parents need to stop kids running around. Pool area nice with bar. Nice sofa and chairs in room good space. Comfortable bed.

All sockets so loose plugs just fall out, bath slippery when climbing in for shower, nowhere to hang damp towels. Fridge didn’t work. Room safe dated and not fixed down easy for someone to carry off.

The hotel is situated 1 minute walk from the beach, and 2 minute walk from various restaurants and shops. The staff were polite, and there was a good breakfast selection each day. The hotel is also located only 15 minutes drive from the airport, and 30 minutes drive from Hoi An.

The amenities need upgrading - it was difficult to get into our hotel room as the lock was dodgy, and some of the light switches were practically falling out. There are also additional fees everywhere - even for laundry, where they charge you for each item of clothing. Better to use the laundromat next door.

Handy for the beach and a good choice of places to eat. Front desk very helpful.

Breakfast was poor. Service is averge in the restaurant. Scrambled egg served on a saucer. Housekeeping knock on the door at 8.30 when only just awake and give towels etc but don't ome back to tidy/clean the room.

Very nice hotel, excellent bed, shower with plenty of hot water, quick return on laundry service.The staff was extremely helpful with every and any need.The breakfast buffet was excellent

Great location. Family connecting room was fantastic and rooms were clean and well stocked.

Only let down is the breakfast. An easy fix would be to serve less variety but make sure food is always warm. Banh Mi breakfast rolls would be a simple and welcome addition to the breakfast.

This is my review for Sail hotel .Ive stayed in 5 budget hotels in Da nang and I know what expect .Beds are comfortable,the water was hot and you’re only one block away from the beach ..

Why oh why don’t they refurbish this place .Maybe I’m picky but the first room we rejected because of the huge mold patch on the ceiling in the bathroom.We spent years cleaning short term rentals and I know we look around and see the faults but the next room we saw someone had hauk tuah on the wall .The rooms need stronger Wi-Fi ,a smart Tv new paint and then I’d love it .Close to the beach but the windows are covered in Salt and dust on the outside .Have they ever been cleaned? Mediocre breakfast ,This from a restaurant owning former chef .It’s a watching the food costs buffet .

Bad service

Our booking for family room for 4 people included the free airport. However, the hotel only provides the 4 seater taxi to the airport, which doesn't make any sense, no room for our luggages. We asked to upgrade to 7 seater and the quote was the rate as Grab rate. It means the hotel doesn't really provide any airport transfer service. Misleading ad. The manager doesn't really care. Won't recommend and won't be back

Just a short walk to the beach, this location was perfect. The staff were attentive, and our room had a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was definitely a highlight.
