Cute decor and staff were wonderful

Place was not very clean and breakfast was not very good - coffee was not hot, not a lot of options for food.

it was very near to everything (grocery restaurant,dragon bridge son tra night market is 8mins walk)

It is a cute little hotel located near Euro village. There are marts and restaurants nearby. The staff was pleasant.

The breakfast has limited choices and was the same everyday. The maids blocked both staircases with their supplies and the hallway. It would not be safe during a fire. The pool furniture and sitting area upstairs was in disrepair. The rooms need a deep cleaning.

It’s close to grocery store. Walking distance to the dragon bridge & night market

There is no ready food during breakfast. Like a buffet.

Nice swimming pool with amazing view! I got superior room, it was clean and cozy. A lot of natural light in the room. Stuff is very nice and helpful. I was looking for the room to stay longer, so they showed me everything. And nice breakfast. I can’t say it was super amazing, just ok. Had croissant, yogurt and choice of 2 main options

Next day I moved to economy room. It was also very nice and spacious, just little older or more used I felt. But still everything clean and nice design. So the only thing I didn’t like was a morning coffee. Everything else is great, definitely worth its price

Overall, I had a great experience with the Santori Hotel and Spa the staff are accommodating and the amenities were great

Refreshing design, the food was nice, free yogurt was my fave part and the receptionist is pretty.

The room with balcony is very good river view , but a lot of mosquitoes in the night and mosquitoes net is too small , cover half bed only

The breakfast is not much choice and not delicious . Don’t rent moto bike from reception , they looks like don’t understand your English and the end charge more money

Bogus charges made up while checking out.The sheets were stained with juice or wine at check in. They had the nerve to charge us for the stain at check out. The sum of money wasn’t the problem it was the principle. Very shady!!! In response to your comments, it wasn’t a big stain it was very light faded small streaks. (Post the pictures) the sheets were definitely washed before we arrived. The stain was settled into the fabric. It was no big deal that is why I didn’t complain. But I never thought that I would be charged for it. I appreciate the apology, but it doesn't come across as genuine. I believe this is a fraudulent entity that would nickel and dime its guests.

The hotel is very beautiful, stylish and clean. The location in the center was convenient. The receptionist is very pleasant and smiling)????

The only thing I didn't like was the very poor breakfast, there were only 2 types and all of them with a pig…

Amazing hotel, beautifully decorated, clean, and amazing location, but what is clearly a 10/10 is the amazing staff. very kind and always helpful it was an amazing stay, for sure I would recommend it

Very cosy home-like place with welcoming vibe, great location (even with the balcony facing the street we slept like babies). Amazing coffee served during breakfast, we would personally prefer to have more options ready to just grab and eat (fruit and such for vegans) but all in all a very nice stay! The only little disappointment we experienced was that when we had our clothes washed (from options: 1. wash; 2. wash and iron - we chose the first one), we received 90% of our clothes very wrinkled (as we would expect at least some basic folding so the clothes look wearable without having to be ironed) but might be just our European standards I guess. Thank you for a nice stay!

Clean room and bedding. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed.

They advertise a rooftop bar and a restaurant on the ground floor. The rooftop bar doesn't exist anymore. It's just empty shelves and sundamaged furniture. The ground floor doesn't have a real restaurant, just a small counter area for breakfast.

The staff, Nguyet, was lovely at all times, helping me with everything, thank you for the hospitality, The terrace with its pool is great

The cleanliness wasn't the best, the breakfast was always the same and it was tiring. We are in Vietnam, more fruit and more variety would be appreciated.
