Staff trying hard to keep me happy

Terrible breakfast

Everything was great especially the staff, facilities and the breakfast.

There was vehicular noise during the day but it is expected when you’re in a good location and close to the beach.

Well located boutique hotel just a couple of blocks to the beach. Easy to get around either by walking or taxi. Bed was comfortable, linens were nice, room spacious, and cleaned daily. We didn’t use the pool area as it was a bit cool for swimming, but the pool looks fantastic! Upon checking in, Tony met us at the front desk with a cup of tea after our long travel day. Every day he remembers one likes coffee, one tea in the morning. Breakfast was a wide variety of Vietnamese and western foods.

A little noisy to sit on the balcony,( with traffic noise)but the room is very quiet with the door shut.

Exceptionally helpful and welcoming staff, great location, beautiful rooms, good sized balconies.

The room was very spacious with a beautiful design and a bathtub. The staff were extremely friendly, especially those at the breakfast area, and the price was very reasonable for what was offered.

There was a slight odor in the room, and the mattress felt a bit too soft for our preference. While the room was generally clean, some areas such as the balcony could benefit from better maintenance, as the table and chairs showed signs of rust and did not appear to be recently cleaned.

The staff is really nice and welcoming, helpful as well. Breakfast is solid with good variety of food. The room was comfortable, however at times the shower takes forever to get to warm water. Beds are comfy.

It is a really noisy place. The building is not insulated well and you can hear everyone around you. I don't want to mention the outside area...so if you want quiet time don't count on this place.

Great location near to sea. Clean and comfortable swimming pool. Delicious breakfast and polite staff.

Wish they had a restaurant

Property was modern and had a great view. It was clean and has great view from the balcony.

About a 5min walk to the beach. Amazing rooftop pool, perfect for evening swims in the summer. The staff are quite friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was not bad, and convenient.

Some amenities and facilities broken or not working well. I didn’t like the extra 3% charge that wasn’t mentioned when only cash is accepted and you can’t pay when booking online. So basically they force you to pay there and pay extra. The sound insulation is really bad, and noise in 2nd to 4th floors really loud from street and next door. The door to the balconies don’t close really well so you can hear all the noise outside. There is no way to contact or speak to the management and finally after getting the right email and emailing the management won’t reply to any emails you send. Many guests smoke in rooms or balconies and the smoke comes into the rooms from wherever it’s coming from. The complimentary water doesn’t taste fresh or purified, so I had to buy my own water for a week.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions and concerns especially the night desk employee Tony. He went the extra mile to make sure our stay in Da Nang was great.

Great location to the beach, plenty restaurants around. Friendly staff. Huge room with amazing balcony and view. Breakfast was good , many options. Chef during breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful - we are usually grumpy in the morning but Chef was so nice and took care of us that we had personality shift and we were extremely happy :) Housekeeping changed towels everyday for us and refilled water.We got nice surprise decoration on the bed which was very kind even tho we didn't ask for it.

It was very loud in the room ( from the street and hotel corridors) but it didn't bother us to much.I think the floor wasn't cleaned fully as there was lots o dust/sand when we arrived and found random hair in the room ( bed + bathroom) and floor was wet in the bathroom.

Some strange smell in wardrobe, glass walls in bathroom might be not the best choice for not couples

The elevate was a little slow

Comfortable, good location only 3 min.to the beach. There 4-5 restaurant near by.Very big and nice room.
