Great location to the beach and spacious room. Real bathroom set up, as opposed to a wet room, which was good. Cheap price as well.Nice they provided water and coffee, although the kettle plug just reached the socket so the kettle was tilted in mid air in order to use.

It was so noisy! I know some of it was just from super loud guests, which is obviously not the hotels fault, but there didn't seem to be any sound proofing, so noise just vibrates through. Also if people didn't close their doors properly, there was a weird fire alarm siren that just kept ringing! Also outside was rather loud from the street below. The hotel is also rather tired and a bit dated. Plug sockets were an issue, it was a mission trying to actually get the plug in.Staff speak little English and charged extra to pay by card.

The 2 connecting rooms are spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful with booking our rides and entertainment.

The location is on a very busy street. We can hear noise from the eighth floor. The wall is really thin.

my reservation wasn't kept even it was confirmed before i got to the location, that left me stranded and looking for another within the rush hour

Overall old, reception lady doesnt speak english at all. Bathroom is horrible, after shower water is everywhere

We needed to stay somewhere only for one night and Tay Bac delivered on that. Luckily it was cheap, good location if you wanna be near the beach.

Staff was very mid, barely speak any english, asked us to pay 3% card feed in cash, which was weird (it was 12K dongs so I did not mind). Bathroom was not really clean.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. They were flexible with letting us change rooms. They also let us check-in early. The hot water and AC also worked well.

The building is a little old. Our first room had the type of bathroom where the whole floor gets wet when you take a shower. I think this is common around here and in other places, but as someone from the US, it's not great. The beds are okay; mine was kind of squeaky.

The location is good near the sea if there is not a windy season. Such as there were enormous waves, we had no opportunity to swim, that is why I would better choose the other hotel at the streets with vegan cafe. The cleaning of the room was ok. It is cheap.

I've seen a cockroach in the bath room. The windows couldn't close, so a security man helped us at the midnight to close it, because it was very windy and noisy at the street. The breakfast is disgusting, it is not a meal for me.

Room 805 was very good with window. This hotel is not actually sea facing but in back street. Stayed there for two nights. Very good staff, every day on return, I found my room clean and fresh.

Location was good and nearby to good choice of restaurants and bars. Staff were helpful.

Rooms are average. Beds very hard, linen needs renewing. Old sheets and towels, no face washers in bathrooms.We were on the 9th floor and directly below the dining room which had tiled floor. Every chair scrape, fork drop, footstep came pounding through the ceiling starting 6am.

Location - very near the beach, many restaurants and supermarkets near by. Hotel changed everyday bedsheets and offered toothbrushes with toothpaste, clean towels, water and coffee

Big minus- cannot pay by card and the nearest atm is around 1 Km away…

great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. thoughtful staff decorated the room for our anniversary ? chair was comfy.

Easy access to Bãi tắm Phạm Văn Đồng and My Khe Beaches. Reasonable prices but very attentive snd helpful staff.

Close to the beach

Cockroaches in room. Staff English wasn’t good so had to communicate through Google translate most of the time. Stayed for 4 nights and for 3 of those breakfast was served in room because restaurant closed due to not many guests in hotel, no option of what to eat just get what your given and no coffee/tea. The final day when the restaurant was open the ‘buffet’ was either pho, lettuce, tomatoes or watermelon which had flys all over it, we walked straight out. Noisy, both guests and staff walking around corridors all day and night talking loudly and slamming doors. No safe in room.
