    • Best stay so far in Vietnam for me,and probably one,if not the best, stay in all my trip in South East Asia so far.Room spot on,comfy bed,big refrigerator, balcony, plenty space/closets to put your clothes, big desk, little sofa.Ah extra bonus,Japanese toilet which was super cool and first time for me.OK,let's find a little insignificant cons and big who cares,no smarTv , just regular old fashion cool cable TV with plenty of Vietnamese channels and few English ones.SmartTv that seems not present in most hotels in Vietnam actually.Best bang for your buck no doubt about it,value for money at it's finest :-)
    • Great, spacious room, super friendly staff, everything is clean and feels brand-new. I’ll definitely come back!
    • This was one of the best stays we had in Vietnam! The room was absolutely perfect, especially with the stunning view—it truly exceeded our expectations. We only stayed for one night, but we genuinely wish we had booked for two. The location is ideal, right in the city center, making everything easily accessible.Great value for money and a memorable experience overall. Highly recommended!

    Cons -

    • Great city views ruined by dirty glasses. Restaurant or rather a small cafe like a shop at the roof top was basic. Floor was dirty and walking barefoot was tricky within the room. But the staff cleaned it the following day when I mentioned it and sandals were provided.
    • the shower could do with an enclosure of sorts to keep the floor dry. the breakfast, altho generous, needs a bit of improvement to actually feel like breakfast rather than lunch. the reception staff also need to be a bit more friendly and somehow polish their communication skills and command of english.
    • bad smell/odor from inside bathroom, perhaps coming from the sink and/or the floor drain.

Close to the city and other attractions. Value for money. Better views of the city. Staff were polite and courteous. Laundry facility for a fee was available and used it.

the room rates are very friendly and perfect for groups. we appreciated the balconies and the view they afforded. the bellhop is a very cheerful and helpful fellow, lending warmth and cheer to the general vibe of the place. he would actually be an asset at the reception desk.

Beautiful view of all the Da Nang bridges including the dragon bridge. The top floor is excellent.

JP style bedrooms, quite comfy and tactical.good location, easy access to almost everywhere.nice roomview over the river, higher floor better view.good, comfy parking lots right in front. No extra parking fee.

bad smell/odor from inside bathroom, perhaps coming from the sink and/or the floor drain.

nice bed, good sheets. decent view of dragon bridge. fancy toilet.

breakfast was poor on both quality and choice. long way from main tourist centres. not hotel's fault but pretty much everything local was shut due to luna new year. this exaggerated the lack of facilities at the hotel.

Spacious room. The location is quite convenient. There are plenty of eating places around.

The house keeping is not very organised. They don't always clean the room thoroughly.

Nice pleasant staff. Very clean. Good value for money.

I'd prefer a little more selection on the food front. But what we had was good :)

Lovely clean room, very comfortable beds, staff lovely, very helpful. Fantastic views of Dragon Bridge and city, stunning. Fascinating toilet and bidet, futuristic! Grab taxi or walk easily to night market and museum, very convenient.

the room is spacious for 3 of us. you can see the fireworks from the nearby Downtown

we stayed here for 2 nights. The room is a studio room with balcony and Han River View. The booking.com describes the Property with the facility inter alia Kitchen. We reached the Property at night due to the flight delay. As expected, there is a kitchen with stove but without cook wares, kitchen utensils and not even a single plate, bowl, spoon or forks. I had read the other's review that we may request those from the hotel and they will provide. We went down to the reception and requested him to provide us those things so that we can cook our own food during our stay. The staff came up to our room and contacted his lady manager through phone and he told us that we can only cook our own meals if we stay there on a monthly basis (which is not stated in the property description). we insisted to have as we chose the room with kitchen with the high expectation we can cook. We kept telling them that we need that badly as we have to cook our own simple halal food and it would be very unfair to us as the payment has been made but we could not get what we were supposed to get. After some discussion. the lady manager on the phone shouted at me and rudely and proudly told me that it was not her problem and asked us to liase directly with booking.com, the place I made a booking, if I was not satisfied with the facility. then we requested to change the room without kitchen facility at a lower price, but it seemed all were booked. As it was already night and all of us were so tired after the long flight, unhappily we decided to just stay there. So, for that night I had to take a taxi to find our own food.To the property management: It was quite embarrassing when you treat your customers in such unexpected and unethical ways. The customer just want you to provide what you are supposed to provide

The facilities, the price, the view, the size of the room, everything was wonderful. This is such an underrated property in Da Nang. You're offered so much value for your money. The location is not the prime since it's a bit off from the city center. But it's compensated by a spectacular view. You can enjoy the dragon fire show and the fireworks in Downtown Da Nang free!

Buffet can improve. Not much western cuisine. But manageable
