Pros +
- Great rooftop pool, clean comfortable room
- It’s clean and good price. Pool on the rooftop has nice view of da nang
- This is a nice hotel the rooms are fine ,comfortable and clean. It's out of the way of the centre so taxis or motorbike are needed to get any.
Cons -
- The only problem I had with this hotel is the building work outside it. Starts at 7.30 and finishes at 11pm. One night at 10pm had a crane operating right outside my balcony. Not great and when I mentioned it to reception they advised me to be understanding as they were trying to make progress on site lol The noise just isn't great for rest!
- Cleaners need access to vacuum cleaners to remove hairs from the floor, together with decent mops and instructions to rinse these regularly, our feet were dirty from walking within the room. We did complain and within a minute someone attended with a broom and a mop which wet the flood, but did little else.
- Location is a bit far in terms of walking distance from the center but taxis are very cheap

Quiet during the night. Very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water, the shower is partly enclosed. Our fridge did not work, we contacted reception and within minutes we had a replacement. The pool is of a reasonable size and most of the time we had it to ourselves. No bar on the top floor, though it was nice sitting there with our own beer, nice views and comfortable chairs.

I arrived early and checked in 2 hours before without any additional payment. The room was large with any necessary equipment and fast WiFi. Overall for the money paid it exceeded my expectations
We really enjoyed our stay at Tan Phuong Nam although it was for a very short stay after our longer stay in Hoi An. Airport is just 10 minutes drive away from the hotel.

Comfortable enough for a relatively low cost hotel.
Advertised as having a restaurant, which it does but it doesn't operate. Plenty of local eating options near by though. Also Advertises it has a pool par, but that doesn't operate either.
Most comfortable bed in Asia! Fantastic local area, lovely staff, bike hire and great street eats. Very new facilities. Recommend.
The location is quiet, and the price is exceptional. The staff are really lovely and helpful. A short walk to food and entertainment. You can even hire motorcycles from them. A very, very enjoyable stay.
Nothing to note.
The hotel is located in a good area. The staff (especially - Mrs Loan) was very very helpful and always went out of her way to help us feel comfortable. The other lady who worked the night shift was also good. Recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel.
The kitchen facilities need some improvement.
Good value
Staff lack a bit of Emglish but otherwise, very helpful and polite.
The day receptionist was Nga Nga was really welcoming, I was in admiration of the fact that she learnt English through apps, credit to her. I booked their shuttle driver from the airport and ended up using him throughout my time in Danang. He gave me a SIM card so we could communicate throughout our travels, extremely useful.
Can’t complain, it was great value.
The last morning, she booked a grab for me. Nothing. The price
No English speaking.So difficult
Nice and clean room comfortable soft beds!!Shower semi separateNice pool and very kind staffGood value!!!
Pool was nice and clean, missing some shade
While location and the look of the hotel was not ideal i was suppressed how up today’s the room was. A pity no breakfast was available at the hotel when i stayed there.
Nice modern room
Clean and comfortable
Little bit away from tourist area
Great aircond, clean room and bed
Need grab to move around
Avoid charging unnecessarily.
Not happy with 600,000 VND laundry charges for unexpected dirt made by kids. Our travel for Vietnam will be yearly once for International Taekwondo championship. Sure will not book this hotel again and will not recommend to Indian travellers too.
Almost everything. Ms. Diem - receptionist and hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast not available.
The hotel is beyond expection, very reasonable room rate. Friendly staff.
Breakfast is not available.
