The staff

The overall resort was great. Unfortunately the weather did not enable us to fully enjoy the beach and pools, but that is of no fault of the hotel. Staff were fantastic and helpful with anything. The breakfast choices were very good. Accommodation size (2bedroom Level) was great for our family of 4. The hotel is a little bit of a distance from town, this is just something to take in mind if you want to be in Danang. We were aware of this prior to booking, so was not an issue.

Property of this sort should run a shuttle service into DaNang centre, however, not a deal breaker as Grab Taxi is very inexpensive.

Interior design, smell was always very nice everywhere, beach and pool are close and good breakfast.

The infinity pool is awesome. Breakfast buffet has many choices.

Beach is not swimmable Not flexible with a late check out.

Location little far from center of the city

Excellent location, staffs are excellently trained. Good breakfast and restaurant menu.

Noise insulation is need to improve. I can clearly listen to what my next room’s conversation, although I do not understand Korean language.

Nice property, kids loved the breakfast buffet.

Our room had a wrapper left on the bedside table and nose strip on the bathroom floor when we checked in.

The property is very old but the rooms are clean and decent size. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and the view from the room was very beautiful. The property is located on the beach with good kids club for young children. It is located away from the city but is connected through grab though we never used it during the stay..

The most disappointing part of the stay is breakfast service. First day where we sat there was a strange smell of the drain. The food is average and the staff is too eager to clear the table so once I had left my food to get cutlery and the staff had already my plate full of food. Also there is always shortage of cups for tea or coffee and the ones which are available are either badly stained or chipped.We wanted to order some room service on 31st eve but since the room service line was busy the reception offered to call back when it was available which never happened.

Our family vacation at this resort was unforgettable. We had family members traveling in from Saigon, Australia, and the U.S., and this was the perfect place for all of us to relax and reconnect.The resort itself is beautiful, with amazing food and thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and fun including pools, activities, and kid-friendly spaces for both adult and children.But the real highlight of our trip was the staff. A special thank you to the buffet restaurant with Ly and her team and Uyen at reception. Every single team member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were consistent throughout our entire stay, and it made a world of difference.They also have staff to watch our kids, played with them and kept them happy, giving us rare and precious time to enjoy our meals together without worry. Our children loved themWe highly recommend this resort for families looking for a relaxing, memorable vacation with top-tier service, expecially the Level package with 2 rooms suite, sauna, breakfast and high tea included.

The room smell could be improved. It has a small issue with the water pipe but it got fixed right away

We stayed in the hotel for 6 wonderful nights in two bed rooms The Level. The hotel is about 15min by car to the city center (dragon bridge). The hotel is located in quite area which make it perfect for relaxing. Wonderful spa and small kids club added definite joy to our stay. You will be surprised how the manager and the staff work very hard to satisfy you with all your needs. The breakfast is exceptional not only because of the variety but also the chefs will come by themselves to you asking you if you prefer some special food (e.g vegetarian, Indian, etc). Among other benefits, The level guests have the privilege for:- setting in separate area during breakfast and can do table food order from menu plus enjoying the buffet with other guests.- from 2-4pm enjoying the afternoon tea and deserts.I will stay again in this hotel if I come again to Da Nang.

Furniture is a bit out dated but still 10/10

Staf was nice, they have a golf caddy to take you around the resort.It's a proper 5 star, all amenties working, multiple food and beverage venues, staff ready to assist you at any time, etc.Breakfast was really good, pleanty of options for all nationalities.Kids club was really good, Hang and Tram were amazing with our kids, they know many activities and they can even do kids hair style ;-), Thank you!

Price per night for extra bed a bit expensive.Betterr lights at nights, there are water hoses outlets scattered across the grass that can become trip hazards.Do not book and pay using digital only debit card( i always pay with that online for safety), at your arrival receptions will ask you to see the physical card and if not they'll have to refund your payment(wich can take weeks) and ask you to repay.

This is a very nice hotel, however there was nothing spectacular or special about it. It's very similar to hotels in Melbourne CBD.

Due to the weather (I understand this is out of the hotels hands) the beaches were closed and only 1 pool was open. The reason I booked this hotel was for the beach and use of water equipment like kayaks and stand up paddle boarding. The hotel should arrange appropriate activities for adults when stuck inside. They have activities for children when the weather is bad but there is nothing to offer adults. The hotel takes on very large busloads of tourists which makes the restaurant very busy and loud and chaotic. The type of guests staying here were also very entitled and it put a dampen on our experience here as often they let their children scream and run around with no supervision. With no activities and the weather being so bad we couldn't walk outside for more than 10 minutes between the rain, we had to take a 20+ minute taxi into town to try and find something to do. It was definitely the worst part of our honeymoon that was booked to be the most relaxing and enjoyable. Please think about the weather and why you want to book this hotel because if it is for the outdoor experience then just avoid this busy and loud hotel and stay somewhere smaller and closer into town and rent/hire the water equipment. The worst experience here was when we were checking out, my husband was at the desk and a very rude guest came and stood next to him and attempted to cut him off so they could check out (I guess he thought he took priority) and unfortunately the woman serving my husband said little to nothing to this intimidating and rude man.

An amazing property equipped with all modern facilities and world-class amenities. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service outstanding, and every detail is perfectly maintained. The spa is truly a highlight — Ms. Lan was exceptionally professional, skilled, and kind, making the experience deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Truly one of the best places to stay and unwind in Da Nang. Highly recommended!

Overall, the hotel feels cheaply built — more like a hospital than a true 5-star resort.One of the biggest disappointments was the air conditioning. Management remotely controls the AC and doesn’t allow the temperature to drop below 20°C. In practice, this meant our room never went below 24°C, which was uncomfortably warm. When I complained, the response was simply that “the room is cold enough.” Comfort is subjective, and what feels fine to staff might not be what guests actually want. Eventually, they brought us an extra fan, but that just highlights the bigger issue: why cut corners on AC in the first place?The whole experience left me with the impression of management focused on saving a few cents at the expense of guest comfort. People choose a 5-star hotel and pay the premium for comfort as the top priority. Here, it felt like penny-pinching took precedence instead.Bottom line: Poor build quality and management choices that prioritize cost savings over guest experience left me underwhelmed.
