Excellent location, a bit away from the hustle and bustle close to the beach but in a walkable distance. Fantastic staff giving great tips on attractions and restaurants. Good breakfast.

The large window into the indoor garden / central open corridor meant that the curtains had to be drawn for privacy.

breakfast buffet was totlaly amazing with quality, quantity and variety, which changed daily. The fresh squeezed orange juice was super refresshing.

The garden and the pond inside the hotel look very nice and feels cool inside during the hot day. Room comfortable, maybe a lack of hangers in the shower to put your stuff.

Lovely hotel a short walk from the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us organise a car out to Ba Na hills and the Hot Springs water park and they gave us gifts on departure ☺️ Our kids loved being able to feed the koi in the reception area. The hotel is small and beautifully decorated and has a lovely boutique vibe. There is a lovely cafe/garden on the same street that serves good coffee and has resident cats and dogs - all the things we love! We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone who prefers a smaller style hotel.

There is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. They only gave us one key per room which can get tricky if you are traveling with more than one person. We were a family of 5 split between two rooms and ended up having to leave our doors open quite often which is not ideal.

Excellent breakfast and thoughtful care from the front desk staff! Very clean. Great for couples and solo travelers. I would stay here again!

For those with accessibility issues, pay close attention to the layout of the room. There are small steps that are easy to miss inside the bathroom.

I have been traveling around all of Vietnam and the service at every hotel has been perfect. But the Minh Boutique Hotel in Da Nang went above and beyond. They were incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. Young, the women at the front desk made our stay even more special. She gave us amazing suggestions and was there at all times. 10/10

Paradise close to the beach. Rachel was exceptional with personalized service assuring all of my needs were met.

The hotel was really beautiful. Natural materials, access to the outdoors with the courtyard. It felt like a tropical paradise. Especially when it rained.

A few hooks in the bathroom for towels would have been helpful.

From checking in to check out the staff were amazing. The hotel is beautiful with koi fish in the center pond and the roof top pool. The bed was also amazing comfortable.

Can’t say anything bad

Spa like surroundings in a serene environment supported by friendly staff that treats everyone like family members than guests. Our hostess Rachel made sure we were well taken care of and also made us hot tea when I was sick with cough.

*The rooms are not designed optimally and layout is really awkward. For example the ceiling fan was positioned about 10 feet away from the bed. Overall the room was quite big, but my luggage had to be spread in the middle of the room, on the floor because there isn't a luggage rack or a shelf. *Uneven floor levels. The bed area has a step up and then to get to the bathrooms, there's a step down. Not sure how many minor accidents this has caused ! *Hot water in the shower was barely available for 5-8 minutes at a time.*No bed side tables or barely any storage in the bathroom

The staff (girls) were absolutely friendly and amazing, very sweet! The design of the building is really beautiful. Breakfast they have is very Vietnamese food focused.

They have a few bugs which are not tolerate for guests…Please do not choose room 301 and 302, somehow these two rooms are connected with some hollowed-out door, and you can hear everything from the neighbour and feels you guys are in the same room. (I’m not exaggerating as I was shocked.) That is so absurd. The staff helped us change the room from the second day. The windows in the bathroom and toilet are not fully sealed and again you can hear pretty much everything from outside…but with the money I paid, I could accept it.

The lobby and the koi fish pond are beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The area is away the main traffic, yet walkable to the beach. The hotel staff is helpful. There’s a reasonable car service between Da Nang and Hoi An, too.

I can't say enough good things about Minh Boutique! The Studio that I stayed in was a 10/10, clean, functional, and just really beautifully designed. You can really see the thought put into every detail of the room, and that honestly goes for everything about the hotel itself, from its ambiance to its architecture to its koi pond. But what really made my stay at Minh Boutique a 100/10 experience was the people. Young, Rachel, Tara, Lan, and Evie at the front desk are wonderful. They were kind and lovely to me every day (not to mention incredibly patient, when it came to teaching me Vietnamese!) Hue and the housecleaning staff were great as well, and consistently meticulous and reliable. And Emma the chef deserves so many shout outs! Every morning, she prepared an amazing spread for breakfast, so much so that I genuinely looked forward to waking up just to see and sample the new Vietnamese dishes she'd made for the day. Finally, a big thank-you to Young, who went above and beyond in the most thoughtful and meaningful ways. She reached out to me over WhatsApp and was attentive throughout my stay, always checking in to make sure I felt comfortable and stopping to chat with me. On my last day at Minh Boutique, she even surprised me with bánh hỏi, my favorite Vietnamese dish! It meant a lot to me. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat bánh hỏi again without thinking of her, and I'm grateful most of all to have left Da Nang with her friendship :) So thank you to everyone at Minh Boutique again! They really made Da Nang feel like home for a week, and I can't thank them enough.

My initial stay at Minh Boutique was so great that I extended by a few more days! This time I stayed in a double room, which was also nice. Young (again!) made sure that the move from one room to another was easy and stress-free for me. I was very much grateful for the extra few days at Minh Boutique. Thank you again to all the staff at Minh Boutique, who made the experience a lovely one, and to Young!

Breakfast is the best part of this hotel! It is our first few days in Vietnam and we got the experience really true delicious Vietnamese breakfast as well as best options. The second best part of this place Is the location, with close walking distance to the beach and lots of food options nearby in a much quieter part of Da Nang

Cleanliness. Some of the corners of the room have dust. Nightstand, hooks to hang bath and hand towels. TV doesn’t work at all for streaming services

Very cozy. Small but beautiful. Rooms very spacious. Comfy beds. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I love the cozy and safe room with big window and nice mattress.

The hotel is not too close to the beach. There was no attached bath. The breakfast is nice but the noodle soup can be better though.

The property is absolutely beautiful and on a quiet street, so you get good sleep at night. At the same time, it is easily walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants. A Grab ride anywhere is very affordable, and the cars arrive within 2 minutes! I was in an apartment, which was more like a studio (everything is in the same room, which is decently sized). The staff are also incredibly kind and accommodating. They even message you via WhatsApp with recommendations for things to do/try in the area.

Breakfast was decent, but I do recommend they have more vegetarian options, fruit, and yogurt + granola.

Most beautiful boutique hotel I've stayed at. Filled with nature, spacious well decorated rooms, nice rooftop pool, and solid breakfast, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Staff were very professional, kind, and communicative. Price is same as other mid-level hotel but you get much more.
