Room was not what I booked online. Bad location.

Just about everything. Not worth the money

There was no breakfast there was a lot of road noise.

Double pane windows for the outside sound coming in

AMENITIES WERE NICE. THE OWNERS HAVE LET THE HOTEL FALL INTO SOME DISREPAIR. BROKEN STEPS AT ETRANCE,SWIMMING POOL NEEDS CLEANING AND MISSING TILES REPAIRED, SCUM RING AROND THE POOL IS UNBECOMING AND POOL WATER IS SOMEWHAT SALTY. HOTEL STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL AND THEY EXCHANGE CURRENCY IF FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. I WOULD RATE IT 3 AND A HALF STARS. AN EXCESSIVE UPCHARGE WAS ADDED FOR A 1 DAY FESTIVAL THROUGHOUT THE CITY . IT SEMED UNFAIR TO THE LONG STAY RESIDENTS.

The hotel didn’t match the photos at all. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom, door handles, and light switches.

Shower, location, bed was good

Musty smell, floor was dirty but I was on my flip-flop all the time.

Women staff was rude and wouldn't smile or welcoming

I loved the property overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean daily, the services such as laundry were good and the prices were fair. I loved my balcony view. I stayed at this property for 1 month and my one and only issue was ants. The staff were very prompt to spray whenever I asked but those little buggers were everywhere. They are tiny and somewhat unobtrusive because they stayed near and in the bathroom mostly but nonetheless they were present for most of the 30 day stay. I didn't complain too much because I thought it was probably normal to have such minor issues with bugs but now that I'm at a different property in the same city, with no occurrence of any bug type in my room I believe they can likely work out this problem. I would stay there again though. The ants do not affect my rating. It was still a comfortable, lovely stay. The bed was also comfy. Thank you RHM.

Ants

The staff is friendly and always available, the rooms are clean although some seem more kept than others. I had to change rooms due to an aircon issue and ants, but ants exist in my current room, not a huge deal because they will spray anytime you ask. This is a tropical climate, bugs are to be expected. Overall a cute little hotel, I would definitely stay here again. Beware that the hallways are not air-conditioned, again I respect this because, they don't waste their resources here in Vietnam. But it is worth noting.

There is only one elevator and the staff sometimes corner you in with their carts and garbage. This also takes a lot of time when they stop on multiple floors. Just a heads up that this can happen with only one elevator. The pool is out of service. There was excessive banging for a couple days.

As the other reviewers said. The check in girls were unpleasant. The room was pretty dire. It’s a step above a backpackers. The pool was unclean. And the ants - they’re small but they bite hard! There are other hotels in this price range that offer far superior stays.

Although the hotel doesn’t have a parking lot, the area is open and spacious, so parking is easy. The security guard is friendly and helpful despite his age, and the staff are decent. The hotel also has a pool with a nice view

While Booking.com didn’t require a deposit, the hotel called me to ask for in advance to reserve the room. The blanket was dirty, and since there was no housekeeping at night, the security guard had to come up and change the blanket cover for me. The bed was wobbly and unstable, the room was quite small, and the fan was noisy. The bathroom was narrow. The pool was in poor condition and not cleaned regularly , I saw a lot of debris while swimming, some tiles were broken or coming off, and there was no lifeguard on duty. And the soundproofing was bad

The room was clean, spacious, and a decent shower. Facilities are minimal, the pool is there but so so and the bar isn't working. I rented a motorbike, which is pretty beat up (do take pictures before setting off). Most of the staff is friendly as I asked to extend by one night.

While I didn't have issues with the room I did have a few issues.First, upon checking in I was attempting to pay for the balance one of the staff a young man named "Vy" possibly with glasses tried to say all cards have a 3% tax even if using a local VN card. After some miscommunication he complained in Vietnamese right in front of me and I called him out (as I understand some of the language). While I understand he was frustrated, his behaviour is not acceptable in hospitality even if you suspect they don't speak their language if they cannot manage they should look at another position.Second, to rent a motorbike they ask for your Passport which I offered my TRC as I don't like to surrender my Passport (I believe that is not allowed under VN law this hotel should refrain from doing that as they are liable if the document is lost or stolen). Finally, while the property is okay be mindful of the location as you'll need to use Grab, rent a motorbike, or have a vehicle as there's nothing around.

Located in a quiet (rare in Da Nang) leafy area. 100m from an amazing Buddhist temple, the suburb is relaxing. Get a suite, higher room and you have comfort and a great view of the river and city. Staff were friendly and helpful, doing laundry too. Great cafes to the right along the river. Tasoha cafe, amazing!

The lower cheaper rooms are good value for money but better to spend a bit more and get suite.

The hotel does not look like the pictures at all. The swimming pool especially is very small on the roof with only concrete like it's never been finished. The rooms, again, do not look like the pictures. The lights in the bathroom were not working properly and the windows in the bathroom did not close so it was very hot and humid. The water pressure was also very poor. My bedsheets were changed and replaced with new ones that had a massive stain that look like washed up blood. When I complained about it the staff were only interested in charging me for the bag of crisps that looks like it should have been free. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I am usually pretty easy going when it comes to accommodations but the false advertising and poor sanitary conditions is not acceptable when you advertise yourself as a 3/4 stars hotel....

The hotel had beter day's, we had 4 different rooms and all 4 had small red ant walking around at multiple locations, the bed are soft, the aircon works good.

We never complain but Jesus Christ. Let's start from the beginning shall we. The photos show a buffet and a bar. There is NO RESTAURANT AND NO BAR. No tea and coffee in the room even though all of this was stated on the website. No welcome book. Rubbish left on the stairs. There was a funfair right outside the hotel which was playing ridiculously loud music until late at night. To make it worse the aircon barely worked and the lift broke meaning we had to carry all our cases and bags down 18 flights of stairs! Two sets per floor and we were on the 9th. No apology from the staff. Guys there's so many amazing places to stay for cheap. Do not stay here it's nothing like the photos! Even the pool is a concrete jungle with only 2 lounges a mile away from the water. AVOID GUYS AVOID. Cheap and too good to be true in this case it is

The staff is great and the rooms are nice, big and spacious as shown in the pictures..The pool is good but kids can't swim because the water is too deep and there are no facilities to shower. Worth the price.

The view of the city at night was good. The shower was hot.

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. It was quiet but very isolated. The photos of the room matched the actual room but it looked much more tired in reality. The windows were dirty, the shower was greasy and you could clearly make out a hand print on the wall. It needed a good clean. There were dirty cup marks on the surface next to the kettle that hadn't been cleaned after the last guest. I would have complained but we had had a long tiring day and we were leaving early the next morning so I thought I'd overlook it. It wasn't until the next morning that I noticed how unclean the bathroom was.
