Amazing value for the money. Big room with a stunning view and a nice comfortable leather sofa. Good breakfast.

Difficult to find much wrong with this place. Noticed another reviewer complained about the lifeguard at the beach, that has nothing to do with this fabulous hotel.

The staff.

This hotel is not a 5star hotel as expected. The elevator is slow. Has no sensors. Kept crushing people coming in and coming out. Not beachfront as expected. My view was construction of another building. Very loud at night. Thin walls. Will not recommend.

At first, my room was on the fifth floor, and from my window, I could see the building being completed just two meters away, working from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with all the noise and everything else. When I asked, they moved me to the eighth floor. I could hear them a little bit less there. But they kept pestering me with calls about my late checkout time on the day of checkout (i'v payed full day before).The day before, I was woken up at 9 a.m. with the same call for absolutely no reason. I will never stay at this hotel again; the staff should consider changing jobs.

The room was great for the value, and the beach was nearby, just a 2-minute walk.

Fewer options for vegetarian and halal food.

The suit was clean

They charged me 3% extra because I paid by my credit card. They want cash. They should have made it clear to us before we booked.

Good location, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and Spas around. A good option for the budget. The room had ample space. The bathroom was good. In-house laundry service by weight is an economical and convenient option.

The pool is hardly used probably because the water was not clear. Hardly anyone at the bar. The spa doesn't seem to have full-time staff, it was closed and lights off but reception mentioned it is open. Bit of a noise coming from a nearby karaoke at night. Not much of a nuisance if you're used to it.

The room we booked was supposed to come with a kitchen, microwave a fridge and minibar and dining area but just had a minibar and kettle. The staff were great in cleaning the room and bringing our luggage up but the description on booking needs to be accurate it was a shame because the room we got was quite nice.

it was good value for money. Location is great. Beach is few steps away. many restaurants and spa nearby.Deluxe Suite room was quite spacious.

Breakfast was big spread but options were mostly Asian food. There were very few options for vegetarians.I recommend hotel to include some vegetarian options in breakfast.Our Deluxe Suite room included kitchen but there were no utensils provided in kitchen. You don't expect guests to bring their own utensils for short trip.

We loved our stay here. Rooms a very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the breakfast and ocean views! Short walk to the beach. The staff was absolutely wonderful, helping us on arrival when our daughter was not feeling well. Recommended 10/10!

Decent room and okay breakfast. Really good location.

A bit of a funny smell in the room. Would have liked more Vietnamese options at breakfast. For instance, Spaghetti Bolognese seemed like a strange choice and could have easily been replaced by another local option. People travel to sample new food - they can always have the eggs if they want traditional western breakfast. I don't think Italian pasta needs to be an option!

The staff were all very helpful and super friendly. The free breakfast buffet was very delicious and had many variety.

The bathroom had a certain smell because the vents were not working. There were also stains on the bed sheets and couch.

None of the preferences I asked for were met.Rooms facing the road are subject to traffic noise especially when Vietnamese drivers have an obsession to constantly press the vehicles horn.The Staff very kindly changed my room to a more quieter side of the Hotel (there isn't one) only to discover the room once had a joining door that was closed off but not soundproofed.The next six nights comfort level was solely dependent on who was occupying the room next door.

The room is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful wood paneling and a view of the ocean and the surrounding mountainside.The staff were so pleasant when we checked in and we got glasses of tea while we were completing check-in.The included breakfast is also incredible and has plenty of options (varied each day!).Location is very close to the beach (about two blocks) and is surrounded by plenty of cafes + plenty of nearby restaurant options.
