Cordial Beach Hotel Da Nang

Great location, nice rooftop pool area, friendly staff

I loved the infinity pool at the rooftop. The best time is to drop by at night as it gives you a 360 view of the city lights. Breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of food. The place is also near convenience stores, spas, local food spots, and a pharmacy.

Wifi was unstable

They treated me poorly when I checked in. Charing me an extra fee. Rude clerk.

Staff are really responsive and welcoming. this hotel is run by young ladies and I admire their hardworking attitude and strive for excellence. What I notice, this hotel employs many young people, so by staying here you also support local youth employment. everyone from FO, cleaning service, to restaurant staff seems really focused and work really hard. hospitality competition is fierce in Danang and I can see these people really aim to improve and genuinely give the best. sure the room is a bit run down but it still provide good value for money. I had issues with my room and they upgraded with free of charge. I recommend everyone to book sea view king double bed rooms on high floors since it has amazing view of city. also, infinity rooftop pool is definitely highlight. Had so much chilling time up there.

No internet at night in room. When I contacted the reception, The receptionist says that come to lobby, where internet is good. At night the net is not good in room.

The staff was courteous and very responsive.

The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. There was dirt and grime on the tub, mold on the shower blinds, and dirt on the bottom of the toilet and behind the tank. The floor was not mopped, which showed when I washed my feet and they were dark.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Avoid This Property at All Costs

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this property. The room was filthy, and the staff were rude and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches crawling in the room and throughout the property. It was absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable.After just one night, we canceled the reservation and requested a refund. The property promised the refund would be processed within 14 days – but nothing ever arrived. I tried contacting them multiple times, and every time I mentioned the refund, the staff would hang up the call.I reached out to Booking.com’s customer service, hoping they could help. Shockingly, even Booking.com couldn’t get in touch with the property, and eventually told me they couldn’t refund the money either. This is beyond disappointing – both the property and Booking.com failed miserably.Do not book this place. It’s dirty, dishonest, and the service is appalling. I’ve lost money and time, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

The location of the hotel is convenient for beachgoers with plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby. Room size was great for our family of three; we could put our child down to sleep in the bedroom and watch tv in the living room without disturbing their sleep.

The whole hotel needs a good deep clean and touch-ups in the rooms. Carpentry looked to be done by a lazy company, with gaps in our hotel door and visible dry-wall edges in the room. Lots of dust and dirt in windowsills and runner boards. Kitchenette was a joke, with the sink faucet barely holding on for dear life (one good pull away from being yanked out) and a dirty, musky smell coming from the cabinets where pots and pans are stored. A posted sign on the kitchenette wall warns of a dish cleaning fee for dirty dishes, but the hotel does not provide dish soap or sponges/scrubbers.

Me and My wife stayed in Cordial Grand hotel in Da nang. We had a very comfortable stay over there and Mr. Ha Quyen was very supportive and friendly with all the guests. He made sure all the guest are satisfied with comfortness, cleanliness and foodOverall it was a great stay experience. I would always recommend cordial grand if anyone is visiting Da nang. Thank you to all the support team.

The main door of the room wasn't locking, & the windows were not closing. In spite of reminders to the reception, this was not fixed. Swimming pool needs cleaning ...
