Hilton Da Nang

It was fairly new, was well located, and had a good view.

We had to change rooms as they were poorly cleaned, and smelly. The staff was generally unhelpful, rude, and condescending. When I checked out, a manager raced out to the van we were in, and started yelling at me, accusing us of stealing some cheap soap

Good location next to the Han River, river view from the hotel room. The staff members were very friendly and helpful & communicates well in English.

Walls are paper thin as I could hear noises, sounds, doors shutting & people talking in other rooms. It seems the construction of the rooms, hotel were not built with sound abatement in mind.

Just the location

There is no way to turn on the heater in the room. The TV didn’t even work and we couldn’t watch anything on the TV.

Great Hotel with everything, very central yet not far from beaches and Son Tra. Great room service and breakfast buffet. Amazing view on the Han river! Brought us complimentray cake and a beautiful letter for our honeymoon.Will definitely return if in Da Nang

The dehumidifier was a bit noisy

breakfast it wasn't good no more choices specially for arab people most of the choices was Vietnamese food i hope as it is 5star hotel breakfast should be Continental food.

The location is perfect. The room size was great.

The floor was dusty. I have to call them many times to clean up my room the fact that I was staying at the executive room. Executive lounge is very poor the choices of drinks and snacks. The restaurant for breakfast needs more crew , alot of guests but few staff at the restaurant.

Location is excellent. The breakfast restaurant needed more staff and not organised. And the floor was dirty.

The floor is dusty as well as the cabinet. Toilet is good and big. The executive lounge staff are not friendly. The snacks are too little.

Location was very good, rooms were very lovely and we had a pleasant stay.

Although the staff is very friendly, they are on the slower side. When ordering drinks at the rooftop bar (we were the only one besides one more couple) it always took at least 20, sometimes 30 minutes before getting a simple drink.

One gets what pays for. Hilton was superb. Convenient, clean, so organised.

The hotel was clean and the staff was every friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety.

It’s very well located and well maintained place.Room service is great, tub was cleaned everyday. The bathroom blind was great, once it’s down neither can see each other. It becomes like a reflective mirror.

Location was not near to city centre. Have to use grab for transport most of the time. ATM was not available near to this hotel. Had horrendous experience staying at this hotel. I seek assistance in getting the directions to the ATM machine. The lady at the reception just said "it's between Hilton and Novotel hotel". How am.i supposed to find with such subpar assistance from the staff? This will be my last time staying in this hotel as a frequent traveller.

All staff are very nice and friendly, location is good plus the price is very reasonable to stay.

I really enjoyed the stunning river views from my room, the warm and attentive service from the staff, and the delicious breakfast buffet with a great mix of local and international options. The room itself was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Plus, the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient for discovering Da Nang!
