Cosmos Hotel Danang

The reception did their utmost to help. The kitchen, the breakfast was perfect! The location is good, 5 minutes fr the sea. shops, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I will definitely go back and for the low price and yet comfortable and friendly staff!

The room is okay, it's a pity there is no balcony.

Great place close to everything, excellent staff, and cheap price

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is very good and impeccably clean, offering great value for the price. What truly stood out was the staff. They are incredibly friendly and speak fluent English, which made communication easy. They were also very proactive in helping me with everything. I will absolutely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Da Nang.

Location is perfect

Food selection at kitchen - poorEvery towel we had was dirty or had holes inPool area is very dirtyGirls at the desk were friendly, but other staff appeared very unhappy

Very poor breakfast cold lack of choice tasteless no cereal one of the worst breakfast tried it once after that went out and paid for breakfast

The room need upgrade marks on walls needed painting pool a little dated

The location and the staff are absolutely fantastic ? So helpful and friendly ☺️

The breakfast. We went there an hour before it finished and there was nothing left hot. We stayed 10 days and after the 2nd day we amate breakfast out .

Good location short walk to bars restaurants beach - clean room friendly staff

Nil

Staff ,pool good value for money

Loved the location it was close to everything !

There were stains and potentially mould on the curtains, if they replace those it would give the whole room a cleaner feel.

The location is excellent, you’re right in the heart of things on the beach side while also being in a relatively quiet street so you can get a solid sleep. You’re also surrounded by excellent cafes and restaurants and less than 5 min stroll to the beach. The staff were incredible and made us feel very welcomed. I need gluten free food and they were super accommodating at breakfast and made me my own dish each morning so I could eat safely. They also gave us some tips on where to shop and were friendly and helpful at every hour of the day. The rooftop pool and view are superb. The hotel is aging but for the price you pay, the amenities and really attentive staff, it’s an awesome place to stay. We actually kept extending our stay while waiting for an apartment to become available - stayed 11 nights and we were genuinely sad to leave!

Our first room was right by the elevator and staff storage area so it was quite loud. We asked reception if we could move to a room away from that area and they very kindly found us another room which was nice and quiet. Recommend requesting a room away from the elevator, and ideally on a high floor, when you book. Other than that, everything was great!

Good

Walls very thin. Family next door very noisy and you could hear every thing

Breakfast was mainly Asian type food which is fine with me. It was tasty and certainly adequate. The location was excellent.

No gym

Old hotel and false ceiling and walls didn’t have painting, light in room also less

Water supply is good, location is good

It was a great location and value for money Amazing rooftop pool

Housekeeping was non existent - never had towels or toilet paper replaced in 3 days When I left the receptionist screamed at me and tried to delay my taxi , due to 1 pack of potato chips eaten - I noticed they had charged my card for my Mother room ( who left the day before ) so I said she could charge my card She yelled at me and demanded cash !I said no and she denied they had my card details .Abusing and vile behaviour from her … 5 mins after I left - and noticed 2 charges on my card totalling $10USD for 1 pack of potato chips ? So gross and bad way to end a decent stay

The location was convenient, very helpful staff, very spacious room

The room was spacious with the comfortable bed. Good location- near the beach, there are a lot restaurants, bars, spas etc in a walking distance The staff is nice and helpful

Would be good to have a small shelf in the shower cabin

bright apartment on 12th floor, great sea view, big windows, you can open all of them. staff was friendly. location couldnt be better. good wifi.

could have a proper table to sit at with laptop. a bit noisy from construction works and music at the ground. but I still could sleep.

Beds were very good, hard and comfortable.

Most staffs were kind but some don't smile, looked angry. A lady staff at buffet stared at guests without greetings.

Helpful staff, location was excellent

Breakfast room a little small. Hot water took a while to warm up for a shower.
