Wonderful staff very helpful + excellent value for the price

The breakfast was interesting, I would had more “beignet” The hotel can have potential

I did not get the room I was supposed to, and no commercial gesture nor reimbursement.And, the carper had a lot of hair. It felt like an “ancient nice hotel”.

The breakfast was good location near to attraction places too.

The Washroom shower tab was difficult to control need to improve to be better and the walk way of the hotel room shouldn't use detachable light it makes the Walk way dark and scary without light when the lift is open

The bed comforter is not really clean, it seems the cleaner didnt change new one as i see the fake lashes still stick there like from the other tenant , i ddnt feel comfortable, but the food for breakfast is good

Not much options for vegetarian. Staffs were not so helpful at the restaurant due to limited English language problem.

Address on the booking site is incorrect. Had problem finding the building. It is not on Morrison Street.

This hotel has potential to be great, but is not. Kind of clean but needs a super clean and tidy. A bit seedy. Breakfast could do with a big improvement or scrapped altogether.

The staff was incredible and very attentive: helped throughout all our stay with the drivers, tailor and laundry services as helped us to contact our next hotel that we supposed to stay in other city as we didn't received the conformation from them. Location was good as well

Breakfast could be better

Our room was amazing especially for the low price. The roof pool area was stunning. The staff were nice. Arranging late checkout we were able to pay by the hour at the same price without any additional uplift!

Due to it being spring time the roof cocktail bar was closed and the sauna was out of use. This was a shame as we would of used the space more. The breakfast as a Westerner I'm afraid was very poor the choice was variations of pork and noodles. We would expect a minimum offer of eggs, sourdough and bacon along with premium coffee for a four star establishment. If they fixed these things we would of scored a 10.

I had a very relaxing and pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Tommy and Minh were so friendly and helpful.

We liked breakfast a lot. It was perfect view. Beds were soft and we had sweet sleep. Shower had good preassure and hot water. Big room.

Mold on shower and window curtains. Dark room, small window. Bathroom towel was a little dirty

Nice staff, hotel is a little out of the busy streets so it is not quite as busy around the hotel, hence not as loud.Facilities are ok, breakfast was ok for the money we paid but not great.

Rooms are very small and already a little older. That would not be an issue if they were clean. After going through the room, socks are black and dirty. Bathroom smelled from the sink and the curtain for the shower appeared to be moldy. On the second day we killed a cockroach and even after two days of "cleaning" it was still there on the floor, so no mopping the floors or vacuuming has been done. Overall it was okay, you get what you pay for.

I stayed there a year ago and absolutely loved that place that time it was a standard room but beautiful bright and modern, good breakfast on the top floor, great pool and view

but that time I took a more expensive room deluxe and it was much worsevery dark, small size and nothing better than standard room, pool on the roof and the whole rooftop was under construction and they didn’t tell in advance so you literally can only stay in your small dark room no balcony no roof, or sit in front of the hotelstuff was helpful and friendly but it was a waste of money didn’t match my previous experience in this hotel unfortunately

staff were very accommodating, a nice restaurant and pool and really comfortable bed

The reception area looks very modern. The view from the room.

When I first arrived to my room the door was wide open, which means anybody else could have accessed it before me. The room could have used way more cleaning. There were stains on the couch, on the counters, everywhere... Upon my departure at 5:00 AM, all the reception lights were off and the receptionist was sleeping on the floor. A random woman had to wake him up in order for me to be able to check-out.

- Good price- Location is quite ok, few walk to the beach- Good view from the room

- The breakfast is quite basic and not so many option. There is no chef in the breakfast as I think they are in the off-season.- The restaurant is also quite old and not so clean- Room cleaning also not really okay as dirt covering through the minibar.
