Location, beds, staff, everything.

Location,the staff were so attentive, and the breakfast was great.

I like everything example the tea time set and welcome fruit platter. Wis h we can get fruit player every day ?

the bed has a squeaky sound and bed sink down in the middle, I believe a new bed need a replacement.

This hotel needs more credit because it’s a beautiful hotel, the rooms are clean ,spacious and the location is perfect. I have been at other 5 stars reviews in Da Nang but that one is on top of my list for sure . I would comeback here!!

Loved my stay. Wonderful staff, breakfast buffet was amazing. Beach is right across the street. The sky bar I wonderful for a break to read, get a drink or have your afternoon tea.

Amazing hotel. Wonderful staff that are very nice and attentive. Really good afternoon tea, they were even able to provide an allergen friendly tea after talking with reception.

The staff were very helpful in rearranging my dates for me. I booked the wrong dates as I had pre booked for my daughters 50th birthday. They were so very helpful in giving her a beautiful room with ocean view. Very grateful they so kindly assisted in cleaning up my mistake and making a wonderful stay for my daughter.

Location. Functional room and comfortable bed. Friendly staffs and Excellent service. Good buffet breakfast. Clean pool and good sauna.

Location is 10/10 at the middle of best area of the beach super convenient and lively all restaurants and shops are close by Hotel is excellent : staff are super friendly breakfast is rich and upto highest expectations They gave me 2 vouchers for afternoon tea as I booked 2 separate bookings each 2 nights Also they arranged for my airport drop off and pick up I highly recommend this hotel to any solo female traveller visiting Vietnam for the first time Special thanks to ms.QUYNH at the receptions she took care of all my tours and even rescheduled. Last minutes when I didn’t feel well If I come back again surely will stay at this hotel in Danang

Lovely views of the beach from our room, lovely breakfast, walking distance to some nice restaurants, Lovely afternoon tea ,Staff at reception not as friendly as other hotels we stayed in.
