Close to airport and nearby fun activities. We can either walk or take a quick car ride. Modern hotel. Room cleaning was daily.

The hotel was clean and modern with an excellent and helpful staff. Our suite with two king beds was larger than expected which made it excellent for gathering with other family members who stayed on the same floor. Wi-Fi speed was good.

Breakfast was okay, not great, but served its purpose. Plenty of retail stores in the surrounding area but lacked convenient stores and had minimal food stalls and restaurants nearby which made it difficult to grab a quick bite and a hassle to find food.

Kind and smiling staff and 24 hours open in reception. Good location. On foot distance to good Trung Nguyen Legend coffee shop, Vietcom bank for money exchange, Cho Con market to buy fresh tropical fruits, and famous brand shops for shopping. Clean room, clean bed, calm night, strong free wifi, safe box in the room, and excellent hotel for business trip or for staying one night when late night flight arrival. Good quality breakfast buffet, much better than other 3-star hotels.

No slippers in the room.

We asked for an upgrade and it was confirmed through mail but when we reach the hotel they denied our upgrade and told us the room isn't available which was a disappointment

The location was great to walk to the train station and was also a very quick Grab from the airport. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was basic but met all expectations with all the facilities as described. The dining room is very pretty with an interesting view. Breakfast was plentiful, catering for all tastes. There is no mirror in the bedroom, which would be a good addition to avoid sound makeup in the bathroom. There are many places to eat nearby and mini markets too. We had a room at the rear of the hotel so we didn't get traffic noise.

We stayed in one of the Triple Rooms with Balcony which had two XL double beds, each with an Ottoman bench but what I really liked was having two lounge chairs and a dining table. The room was modern, bright and looked out onto a derelict stadium which was pretty surreal. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a bath tub and most importantly as other reviewers have noted, the shower pressure was very good and consistent. Unfortunately the same could not be said about other hotels we stayed in Vietnam.The breakfast buffet was located on the ninth floor of the building which required you to take the lift to the eight floor and walk up one flight of stairs. Not a big deal but something to note for people with accessibility needs. It had a decent range of Vietnamese and Western options to select from.Tip: There is a money exchange shop called Hiệu vàng Phúc Hội located diagonally across from the hotel where I got the best exchange rate during my time in Vietnam.

The only slight drawback was that the hotel wasn't located that close to food outlets, however it's only a short Uber ride away from the downtown area and the Dragon Bridge. Also the room my father stayed in had a strong cigarette smell which shouldn't have been the case as it is supposed to be no-smoking throughout the hotel. Luckily house cleaning was around and they sprayed air freshener which seem to do the trick.

Great location, facilities, breakfast, and service

Really nice and clean hotel, great value for money and the staff went above and beyond to help us - they allowed us to take a shower before a long train ride, even though we were already checked out.

I think breakfast could be a little bit better (with better quality products), but it's not a big problem.

This hotel is an excellent quality for a good price. The staff has been very helpful to give us access to an earlier breakfast as we were leaving at 6:30am. The rooms offer all facilities, are really comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with good water pressure. All is super clean and the breakfast buffet is big with a lot of everything. We are cycling and the underground secured parking was another nice bonus in our stay. You won t be disappointed for what you will be charged.

This is purely from our perspective and may not be applicable in general. The location was not what we expected after the experience in Hanoi where we were sorrounded by restaurants, spas, attractions etc. Nothing was close by to this hotel. Staff was impersonal - again compared to the hotel in Hanoi. Breakfast provided was mediocre at best. Now that we know DaNang better, there are better locations to choose for staying. Best way to describe it is - you will need Grab -- not your legs !!!!

The most valuable at this hotel was Yen. She was the most profesional person that we met in Vietnam. She was very kind and helpful. My sister was super sick and she did her best to gave us a quite room, she even allowed us to check in before because she understood the situation. We appreciatte It a lot. A part from that the accomodattion was very confortable and clean. I Will recommend It!

I would have liked to have more variety of fruits at breakfast. And I would say the "coffe" (But this is a general thing in Vietnam accomodattion) I cant understand why hotels don't offer a good quality vietnamiesse coffe. This country has one of the bests coffes and they serve very low one..

Clean and comfortable hotel! Excellent value for the price! Great breakfast in the morning with several options. The hotel staff were wonderful at booking us transport and tours when needed. They also helped my parents with extra pillows and room access when my dad fell sick during our stay. Fantastic hotel!

The hotel is not centrally located so we had to grab to most places but was not a huge deal for us as a group of four.

Lovely welcoming staff. Great breakfast room, nice selection of food and drinks. Room was clean with a good shower. Comfy bed.

No mirror to use in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom but the plug wouldn't take the adaptor so had to do hair etc with no mirror. Would be easy to add a mirror to the wall about the desk area. Note the restaurant is only open for breakfast not for lunch and dinner as advertised. Lots of food places in Da Nang though so not a problem.

As in the pictures, very clean and comfortable bed. Air condition system was having issue. Front desk sent a person to fix it quickly.Front desk staffs very nice and helpful.

Fabulous staff excellent hotel well laid out breakfast good value one of the best hotels in Vietnam I've stayed in . Receptionist THU HHOAI was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is my favourite.

The only thing was location was a bit out but didn't bother us we had bikes it's close to the train station walkable.
