Pros +
- The rooms were good and so was the lady receptionist. She was very helpful .
- The hotel has a great service, the apartment is bright and super clean with a very good view (corner apartment). The furniture are new and in Scandinavian style. Very quiet at night is a plus. The room charge includes a free-massage which is excellent. Nothing to complain, except the location is a bit challenging while google map does not work correctly here.
- The staff and facility is great.
Cons -
- The staff at the breakfast buffet counter were very curt. The breakfast buffet which we had paid for wasn't there. And breakfast given was very limited and not good.
- Location is not easy to find out.
- The locate is far from everything, there’s nothing around. It’ll be great if that area was more developed but because isn’t much around. You’ll have to travel 20-30 mins to Hoi An or Đà Nẵng for food and activitiesThe hotel needs to provide cutlery for the apartments

location, convenient, newly opened, lovely and helpful staff, kids friendly & family oriented
I suggest language classes for associates as there communication skills need to improve a bit.overall maintenance & cleaning can be better
Rooms are clean and comfortable, central ac.Pool is wonderful, staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet wasn't served so we had to order from 4 combo choices. Couldn't pick what we liked, and could only order 1 portion, even though the value of buffet is included in price and was one of the reasons we had picked park regis.
