Beautiful view from my hotel room. Easy to get to the airport.

Location is not ideal. Not close to the river or the beach, and is difficult to walk around outside. The rooms have too many lightswitches! The labels are helpful, but still a bit confusing. Also, the elevator takes a long time to arrive.

The room was spacious.

There was cockroaches at the breakfast buffet, they tried to charge me for drinks I didn’t drink at the checkout, and they charged me for an extra bottle of water that was supposed to be free, I asked for an upgrade to another room they kept telling me the room was unavailable even though it was available on booking.com, the staff wasn’t available at the desk when I came in looking for them at night, the hotel is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but the treatment wasn’t that of one, there were no trips offered by the hotel, the TV in the room was very outdated, and the fridge was dirty, the elevator takes forever to arrive and it doesn’t have A/C neither do the corridors of the hotel it was almost sauna like.

The room & toilet are very huge in size which I like.Air conditioning is good.Wifi is goodBreakfast goodThe price is comparatively cheap.

The hospitality of the staff not very good.No smiling face on staff.Not any flexibility on check out time. After a big begging I got 1 hour.

It is quiet tired building. The road is under construction so it is quite dusty. The window is unclear, quite dirty

Only like location

Dont like at all from staff to facilities, cleanliness, comfort are poor condition.

Large comfortable rooms but need larger windows to take in full view.Windows need to be cleaned for view.

Caters mainly for Asian tourists not western, pool is not user friendly friendly & no steps only ladders which is very difficult & lack of pool loungers & mattresses. Not good.Would not stay here again

location was great, a walk to dragon bridge and river. A little dated but priced accordingly. excellent value for money. i stayed in Grand suite, was massive with walk in sauna in bathroom. Stayed April 2025 paid around 150aud p/n. yes there may heve been better bit price made it the choice

I didn't like a single thing about this hotel. It is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed.

The dated room, the horrible location, the fact that it was an incredibly seedy hotel. The mattress was so tough it was like a prison cell. I left early to go to another hotel because this was so bad.

Location was very good. Close to the Dragon Bridge and all the eateries there. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was huge.

The hotel is a little rundown. The rooms look dated. The windows etc could use a good clean. Even though the breakfast buffet looked large, the options were limited and were repetitive. Had to ask for jam as there was none at the counter and the manager finally managed to provide a little mango jam.

Location and staff. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. I did like the location as it was fairly easy to walk around and see things.

Room was a bit tired, mattress was due for change you could feel the springs in certain parts. TV wasn't a smart TV so was limited. Booked a room with a river view, the window with a river view was very dirty from outside which took away from the view.

Good location in city center & near some good food. Highland cafe next to.

Unstable & un-secure wifi. Poor soundproof, can clearly hear noise from another rooms/hallway.Old facilities, should be rated as 3.5 stars, not 5 stars

breakfast and the staff in the hotel were exceptional friendly and helpful. We organized tours at the front desk, but breakfast attention was just out of the ordinary...

we enjoyed our stay in Danang... will return some day

Room is big

There’s a severely limited supply of hot water. Even two people taking showers one after the other can’t fill a bath, and you have to wait 30 minutes every time, according to the receptionist, to get hot water.We booked a room with a sauna that wasn’t working properly, so we had to call the reception to come and fix it. They spent an entire hour in our room trying to fix it.Despite being classified as a 5-star hotel, I would only give them 3 stars. The limited water supply and the fact that the facilities aren’t functioning properly are major drawbacks.The food is definitely not 5-star quality either.And don’t even think about getting a massage here; you’ll waste your money.

Good location

Window need some wash. The view is importamt but dirty window tool away that advantage.

Conveniently located, close to the airport, wonderful breakfast, very helpful staff.

Pollution streaking on windows, may be hard to avoid.

The hotel boasted very large, comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Ours was river and beach facing which was outstanding. The daily breakfast was exceptionally nicely appointed but lacked a bit in Western choices. The staff were pretty much hands-off but that was not an issue. Hotel had a very nice fitness center.

The spa and the swimming pool were under construction so I was disappointed a little

Nice hotel, if a small bit dated, more 4* than 5*.Best shower ever! Breakfast, lot's of Vietnamese food but not a lot of western food, but I did not see another westerners in the hotel during my stay. Location is right in the center of the city. Staff friendly as usual.

The pillow was too hard, asked for another one but I guess they didn’t understand.Ordered room service for pumpkin soup and receive chicken and corn. I didn’t mind but my wife didn’t like it

I liked the breakfast buffet and restaurant. I enjoyed exercising in the gymnasium.

I didn’t like their reliance on the use of plastic bottled water. There is room for improvement to make better choices for our earthly environment.
