We had a 3 bedroom villa with private pool. It was very quiet and secluded. Didn't hear any noise from any of the other villas which were quite close.The pools were amazing, ant the children's sections were great and not crowded. The beachfront location with the private beach couldn't be better and we would recommend the Furama highly.

A few rather long wait times for the buggy, and twice we had to send a second request, apparently because the first didn't get logged.The staff at the private villa reception tried to be as helpful as they could, but language was a bit of an issue.

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, room was very comfortable, access to the private beach and poolside cocktails

The location is absolutely stunning—surrounded by natural beauty and offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

They have this extra touch of free fruits when we arrived, and a lot of complimentary things such as free foot massage vouchers, discount to the restaurant, free drinks and free chocolates every night.

Amazing staff with fantastic customer service and communicated well. Everyone made us felt welcomed and greeted us whenever they saw us. Food at the restaurants were fantastic.

Bigger TV in the room we stayed in would've been nice as it was quite difficult to see the TV from the bed. TV was only about 27" and 3-4 meters away from the bed.

This is an outstanding resort. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.The beach and the pool were outstanding, swimming in the sea was a treat, super clean and clear very nice surf. The room was excellent, and we slept very well on a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was top class, wonderful food and super excellent service.We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort. Guests were super happy, friendly and great company to be around. The staff are very nice and very professional, they ensure the resort is presented beautifully and we were very grateful for their work in making our stay so good. Kudos all Furama Danang Staff!

Super place - no faults

The staff are always attentive and helpful Rooms are big. Cozy beds. Clean facilities Lagoon pool is especially nice!Has its own private beach away from da nang crowded public beachesI spent an hour daily on the tennis court which is literally in the middle of a tropical jungle!Room service was only till 11pm, but the casino is 24/7 Beautiful place!

We stayed at the Ruby villa and we like the privacy and the nature environment around us.

Everything is so dated. We stayed a newer more modern resorts prior to coming here and it was so disappointed. The food at breakfast is not on par with other 5-stars resorts. The service is bad and. we felt that the staff is not properly trained. Afternoon tea is SOOO terrible, there was spoiled food (sweet desert with coconut milk) and we had to notify the staff. There is practically no service. DO NOT pay for this. Seafood buffet is so underwhelming and we didn't think it's worth our money. Overall, the food at this resort is so disappointing. The service staffs at breakfast is under-trained. I try to test them by putting dirty dishes on the edge of the table and several of them walking by without taking them away until we finally tell them to.

Very strict and rigid with rules. My 14 y old daughter checked in with me and her two brothers and stayed at the Pullman. Furama reception demanded to keep her passport as she was only a visitor . I had no extra bed for her anyway and she is a child. Then I was charged for the breakfast buffet with my 8 y old because they saw me get a pho. But it was for my son. And I had a couple of bites and a coffee. I paid for the coffee. If this is a luxury resort I should not be feeling with this pickiness and penny pinching. Which leaves a bad taste.

5 star quality and service. Fantastic beach and pools. But food was very expensive compared to excellent restaurants outside the hotel soch as Ca Go.

There were many things to enjoy about this resort. First, it feels like a private oasis. You could spend your entire time there and have a relaxing vacation. It is large, and they offer a variety of activities on the property—some free and some paid. The breakfast is excellent, both the food and the setting. I enjoyed the pool overlooking the ocean. The room was comfortable, and the staff cleaned it every day. I was vacationing with friends who got sick with colds, and the staff sent ginger tea to their room and recommended a local pharmacy where they could get medication. If you want to leave the property, this location is excellent too. Close to downtown Danang, easy cab ride to Hoi An, restaurants, quick marts, and massage parlors within easy walking distance. We also played pickleball at the resort. One day we didn't have a fourth and rented a player. He was so lovely and gracious as a player, making those games fun. You do have to pay for the courts. They gave us a 50% discount for the hour.

We did not enjoy some of the meals we had. They make an excellent pizza, but the Banh Mi was terrible. Also, drinks are costly.

I was traveling for 6 weeks and planned the end of my trip in Danang. ItWas perfect! The resort is great and the beach is beautiful. Most people enjoy the pool as swimming was shallow so not really swimming. Definitely a great hotel!

This is not a 5 star resort more like a wannabe. House keeping didn’t wipe counter tops. They did not want to give beach towels - how stupid can you be. The customer relations team just said yes yes yes all the time but don’t listen to requests. Very disappointed ☹️

It was on the beach but not much else! They claimed to be a Culinary resort ? what none sense. They used frozen vegetables peas carrots and corn yo add to rice and called it vegetable fried rice … yuk!

Service was lackluster house keeping didn’t even wipe off counter top of spilt coffee. At the lagoon pool lifeguards didn’t want to give more than one towel. I rented a private boat through the resort to snorkel the Chams island after asking specifically 4 times they didn’t provide towels even for this and when i got on the boat they didn’t have fins for my feet even after i had asked multiple times to make sure. The customer relations who setup the tour just kept saying yes yes everything is taking care of for you. Complete BS??

amazing breakfast with a vast range of delicious food, two swimming pools, superb garden and decoration of the facility, clean and wide beach next to the hotel, possibility to book local trips, very good drinks and nice ambiance of the bar, spacious room overlooking ocean, yoga classless two times per day, peacocks walking around the facility, great SPA treatment and general service of the hotel staff

do not recommend rooms just next to the swimming pool (numbers ending with “1”) we changed to room located further away to have more quiet one, there are lot of weeding ceremonies so be aware, but the hotel is managing it very efficiently
