Sheraton Grand Danang Beach Resort & Spa

The rooms are spacious and clean , we really enjoyed the balcony the view was amazing.The pool and beach were exceptional, the breakfast buffet was so diverse and delicious one of the best truly.

The setting was beautiful with a private beach we played football - the beach side restaurant served excellent pizzas

We stayed in a suite with my family, and it was a truly wonderful experience.Location: The resort is calm and quiet, away from the busy Da Nang city, yet everything is easily accessible within 15 minutes.Staff: Very friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to Hai (Expert Bellboy) for taking care of us throughout our 3-day stay.Pool: Absolutely amazing and well-designed. It covers a large area, so you can enjoy it without feeling crowded.Food: The highlight of our stay! Honestly, some of the best food I’ve had in my life.Activities: Perfect for families. There’s a waterpark, indoor and outdoor play areas for kids, and plenty of fun activities arranged by the resort. Truly family-friendly!

Housekeeping disturbed us a few times even though we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on.Slight waiting time for breakfast, but they did offer snacks and coffee while we waited, which was thoughtful.

The property is grand. Very nice hotel. Swimming pool is huge. There’s infinity pool which is very admirable.The rooms are clean and big.

There’s no aircon at the lobby. It’s hot. Only air coolers.Room aircon shuts down by itself in the morning like 6am or 7am while I was still sleeping.

The breakfast was very good. The cocktails were superb and refreshing. The place has ample entertainment activites for the kids. My 1.5 year old thoroughly enjoyed her time in the play area. They also have a kids 'water park', very nice.

However, the pork bahn-mi at the La Plage was not that great. Our hotel (building 2) was on the far end from the breakfast and main reception area, so there quite a walk, unless you book a buggy.

The staff very friendly, always assist us in everything. Hotel with very big swimming pool with many facilities for our kids. We love it the Sheraton

Amazing large rooms, with a very comfortable bed, facilities and staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. A fantastic resort stay if you want a little more peace and quiet, away from the main drag.

Long wait times for snacks and drinks by the pool, lacked evening entertainment, needs some kind of bar with music etc for the evening. We loved the sunset vibes down by the beach but the DJ set was only from 5-7pm!

The beach offered little beach activities- beyond the usual kayaking etc. Not enticing. No activity to gather guests.As part of my promotion package was given “2 hours free drinks and local beer” at pool area. Firstly, the staff did not seem aware of such offers. Secondly, incredibly, on my last day, although I was given a late check out, at the pool, staff came back to say that it is not for the day of checkout. Really? There was already very little that was rewarding for a lifetime titanium guest, I got just a regular room. I could not believe they were quibble about a couple of free drinks on the day of checkout, which was not stated clearly in the paper when I checked in.

Lovely hotel, amenities were great, food for breakfast was delicious, the other restaurants could improve a little, we preferred to go out for dinner.. they have surfing and lots of other activities.. spa is way overpriced compared to the area, a treatment costs more than one night at the hotel..

Everything, it was exceptional. The restaurants were amazing, the breakfasts exquisite and the room was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in.

I had breakfast from my room and it was spectacular. The American style breakfast was good value for money.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

We had an amazing stay, it was so relaxing. The staff were amazing, super lovely and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, there was so much variety.The room was spacious and we had the pool view. The bed and sheets were amazing, we were guaranteed an amazing sleep.

You get what you pay for. Sheraton as expected. Nice, simple and comfortable . Nothing is an issue. Always would come back here.

Unable to connect phone to Tv to mirror Netflix or YouTube.

Omg ?. I can’t even think of the right words. Everything is 100/10 . The staff ( my favorite was Nghia , the guy recommended a lot of things and his English is perfecto . ?

One of the main restaurants closed except for breakfast, and the menu at Beach restaurant has changed. Needs more atmosphere to get people to eat their and even an area on the beach under the trees.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff and wonderful buffet breakfast!
