Chi House Danang Hotel and Apartment

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made some excellent recommendations for meals in Danang as well as Hoi An, and they helped with other trip bookings.

Location was great, it was near Danang beach. It had plenty of convenience stores, coffee shops and massages/wellness spots nearby. Room was spacious and service staff were efficient and friendly.

Only provided 1 key card for 3 guests, but was able to provide one more upon request. Should have provided at least 2 without being asked.

Very accommodating hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Management even surprised my wife a cake for her birthday with us asking for anything

Stayed 1 night only. hotel is at a convenient location,200m from the beach,value for money. Receptionist called a car and send us to airport for free at checkout,very. surprised by this nice gesture. Left the hotel with a very good impression.

our room faced a pickleball court and someone started pickleball lesson at 5am.

Pool noise is quite loud in rooms during day if you are there.

A very clean property in a great location just a hundred yards from the beach. Staff very helpful and very nice. Plenty of options for breakfast each morning. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything!! I was here in 2023 and I came back in 2025 because in this hotel I feel at home. Excellent service, very nice and attentive. Installations are very good, very nice swimming pool. Location is great, one block from the beach, neighborhood very nice, with stores, restaurants, spa’s street food, and at walking distance from great restaurants.

Room was a good size, decor in hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and catered to all tastes. Good location walkable to lots of eateries and beach. Laundry very close.

The shower head was fixed so couldn’t be adjusted and the lighting in the bathroom was bad. Buffet food was always cold.

Lovely breakfast with many options. Loved the fresh fruit. Pool and sauna were awesome. Location of the hotel is convenient. Close to the beach and restaurants. Staff was absolutely delightful. Nice spas close by.

Considering we hit a patch of bad weather in Da Nang, the hotel was the best place to spend a few rainy days. Nothing we didn't like.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Surroundings are well kept and quite pretty. Staff were amazing. Always had umbrella ready when it was raining.Breakfast has a lot of options and it changes every day. Coffee sucks as you'd expect, so just go to Heart (see below) for coffee on way the breakfast. Very Asian cuisine as you would also expect but there is eggs as you want them, bacon and toast for Western, plus cereal, fruit and yoghurt.Multiple convenience stores, spas and coffee shops in street, 150m to the beach. We like the location (and Sum Spa across the road for massage, Mango Spa for foot scrubs, Heart next door for morning coffee, Mui's coffee shop across the road for the Vietnamese coffee experience later in the day).

Pool only good for 30 second dip in rainy season as doesn't get any sun and is not heated; damn cold. Also pool shut during the middle of the day; is a little odd. Only not giving 10 because of the pool, everything else was great.

I had to pay for most things up front in cash. I would have like it, if I order a taxi or request laundry and be able to pay at the end via credit card.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was ample and delicious. I would stay here again and recommend it to other families.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (room 302) which had a balcony overlooking the road. It was very comfortable quiet room with two bathrooms and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is an excellent location to the beach and it is easy to catch a Grab to other parts of Da Nang.

The breakfast is good and the size of the room is spacious.

There were ants in the room. The curtains couldn’t be fully closed, so we were waken up very early in the morning. However, the whole hotel including the room and the pool doesn’t have enough sunlight since the hotel is surrounded by tall buildings, guests also can’t see the ocean from the hotel. The service was not very good either. They disabled our key card half an hour before checking out and we spent 10 minutes running up and down trying to fix the key card. It was still not fixed in the end. They asked a staff to open our room door and we started rushing to pack. We were 10 minutes late to check out due to the time wasted on trying to fix the key card, and a cleaning lady opened the door waiting for us to get out. We also spent 2 nights at another hotel next door: the service and the facilities were much better and more affordable. Hence, I would suggest guests to consider going to the other hotel instead.
