JBAY Beachfront Boutique Hotel

There were 2 big buildings under constraction was too noisy 24 hours could not sleep in the night and it was so dusty.We wanted return our room on 2nd day but they did not give us back money.The shower was smelling hard urine.Also we canceled the ticket to Bana but receptionist doesn't want return the money we argued then they agreed to return but wanted 800000 charge becoz of not going to Bana but we got back money.I would strongly recommend don't stay in this hotel you gonna regret.

Nice large room that was new, clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately they are right behind a new construction site of a 40 something story building that's in progress so the whole area around is noisy and dirty with construction happening from early morning to late evening every day. Once inside the hotel the noise was minimal so we just stayed rather than find a new hotel and enjoyed the room but didn't use the balcony which we wanted to or the roof swimming pool. Also there was a guest who was staying on the top floor that looked like she lives there with her dog (cute dog) so it felt like we were intruding in her personal space especially when her boyfriend was swimming in his underwear which wasn't a good look for the hotel at all.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It's near the beach and sparkling clean. The rooftop pool view is a bonus!

This hotel truly embodies the 'boutique' spirit—stylish, and perfectly decorated. We booked a room with a direct view of My Khe Beach, and waking up to the sunrise was magical! The beds are super comfortable, and the room was spotless. A huge shoutout to the staff; they were exceptionally friendly and helped us with local recommendations. We are already planning our return!

This hotel is perfect for sunrise lovers!Being so close to My Khe Beach was the main highlight. We booked a Suite with a balcony, and the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room were impressive. They provide nice amenities, including good water pressure for the shower.The hotel staff were always kind and professional. We really appreciated the easy access to nearby restaurants and convenience stores.If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and great access to the beach, Jbay is an excellent option!

Modern design, bug and clean room and also with friendly staff, near to the beach, good breakfast, everything was good.

Just a tiny issue: The stairs to enter the hotel. Of course, our luggage was carried up by hotel employees upon arrival, but since we checked out quite early, we had to ask the taxi driver to carry them down.

The location, the room is very big. But the bathroom is not separate , so there is not a lot of privacy… the staff were nice to us especially the bellboy, he was the nicest and didn’t wants us to do nothing.

The staff were nice but didn’t feel that really cared about me and my friends.

Jbay Beachfront Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, literally a 3-minute walk to the stunning My Khe Beach. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a great sanctuary after a long day of exploring. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. They were incredibly warm, helpful, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They offered great local tips and were always ready with a smile. The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options, both local and Western. Highly recommend for a fantastic stay in Da Nang!"

The rooms were big & spacious.

1. there are constructions around the hotel- once they are finished you wont have the ocean view anymore2. Staff seemed to be forgetful, they forgot to drop our laundry first & then delivered them quite late after 10 PM& worst our stuff came back & half dry so they stunk - they rushed it 3. doorman was super lovely & motivated- dont forget to tip him4. one of the receptionist was lacking in work ethics SO hard...conclusion: you can get a better hotel for this price ratio!

Beautiful room with a nice bath tub and a huge TV screen which can be easily connected to Netflix.

Pool on the rooftop is a bit tired, not taken cared well and looks dirty. A bit of green plants around would do the job.

There was a tub and the bathroom had a rain shower. It was incredible to come back sweaty and take a cold shower.

Not the fault of the hotel, but there was construction going on next door. Initially I thought construction would be just the daylight hours, but the construction workers played loud club music late into the night while working. I wish I would have known about Vietnamese construction times before accepting the notice of construction and following through with my booking.
