They have a nice outdoor pool, just two lanes away from the beach. The stay itself was very peaceful and serene. Host suggested me local areas to discover.

The property is well designed for a group of friends. It has plenty of rooms and washrooms. It is well designed for partying. The property owner was very timely in his replies. He would resolve any issue as soon as possible.

Big, spacious, equipped with essentials that a family of 10 with 4 toddlers will require.Good that they have several washing machinesss for laundry.

only complain will be the upkeep of the decor, and the mosquitoes issue on level 1. kids

We stayed here for 3 nights with a big group of friends and enjoyed our stay in this huge beautiful city Da Nang. Great host, nice pool, great location.

House was little run down, begging for some love and proper cleaning.

The bed was very hard, difficult to sleep on. There was a lot of noise from the street.

Such a beautiful place, especially our room was very beautiful. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. I asked many questions and host was very helpful. They provided recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the city. In addition, he liaises with local drivers and offers car service to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An. For the price I paid for this apartment, I believed it's worth it.

staff : house keeper cannot speak English, but she is willing to help us for all matter as we needed.location : not far from city center.Atmosphere : it is quite local areas that there are no crowded.

There is sometimes nuisance from restaurant and quiet on 9 p.m. but it does not obscure sleeping at 11 p.m.

Nice place in quite area, only 5-10min walk to the beach, or 10min drive to the main area in Da Nang. Our spacious room with a good view of the swimming pool!Very caring staff, ready to help with any issue. They gave us the most complete instructions on all points of interest. Everything was very pleasant.

We loved the space of the room, the kitchen & laundry facilities are fabulous. Theres about 5 english tv channels. The balcony is spacious yet private. The pool looks inviting but unfortunately its winter. Only 2 blocks from the beach & the boardwalk. The lady there everyday is just so lovely. Theres a minimart 2 blocks away and a couple of nice, affordable, friendly local restaurants nearby.

The front door is on a spring so it slams shut all through the night. The location is on a bit of a busy road and there's not as many restaurant or cafe options as the popular tourist area. We love to walk, so we enjoyed the 1-3km walk to wherever we were going. Theres a couple of hotels opening in 2023 so perhaps the area will change.

Ateen was enthisiastic to give the best support during our stay. The room was spacious with nice, minimalism style decoration. The location was close to restaurants and can access to both beaches and city center with 5 - 10 minutes drive. It was also very private.

I am not a beef eater so I am sensitive to beef smell and in my room, in the kitchenette, on the first day, there seemed to be beef smell.

Little bit worry about previous review. But our room was clean with kitchen & laundry inside. It is not a 5 stars hotel but they keep it really good. Some restaurants around, little bit noisy in the afternoon but it is very quite at night. The house is out of the city central , around 2 kms from the Han bridge but it is near the beach, for us it perfect.The most special is the reception - lady in front of the house - she is friendly and quick reponse with every request. Value for the money. Recommend

Staff were great and the bed was comfy

The toilet was quite dirty and smelled bad.Something to consider:It's opposite a karaoke place, so it can get quite noisy at night. The location was a bit far from the main city so you need transport as the streets are not easy to walk.

Covenience place with many restaurant around. It is near the beach in quiet area, we love it. We can self-checkin at midnight. So lucky we have a sunny day and we love the pool in the house. You can have party there if you can go here with a group. There is a lady work there , she help us alot with everything.. arrange car to go to HoiAn, BaNahill. Thank you for hosting us.

Chaca Beach House actually feels like home. The room aren’t fancy as five stars but they come with small kitchen and utensil - incase you want to cook something in them. I think most rooms have balcony where you can get fresh air. The staff is really good. A middle-aged women is mostly incharge of property who will run for your needs. She left her wallet in my room while I checked in with full of cash. For once I thought to keep it but then I saw her panic very badly and returned it to her with a good tip to compensate for my bad thoughts. The next day I checked out leaving away my charger in room to a different place in different area. And after I reached I realized it and contacted them to see if they can drop it at my new hotel. And I slept away in my new hotel. They were kind enough to send someone with my charger - only that I woke-up realizing I lost my expensive new yoga mat and I see the messages from hotel. They had my yoga mat too and they also dropped it to my new property with my charger. Karma is real. I’d recommend anyone with this hotel on budget who wants to stay near the beach and peaceful location in Da Nang.

Breakfast was not including but they offer to help us arrange breakfast as room. Many recommendation. Easy to contact with host. They say yes to all of my request.The room is huge with free water, laundry, cleaning service - we loved our stay here. Best place for travel.
