Good customer service

Room smelled like mildew. Uncomfortable hard bed. Low quality sheets and pillows.

The problem with breakfast is that I could have eaten all three meals of the day. It was so hard to control myself. Really. Every day, new Pho. New fruits. Always a chef making your custom eggs. Soups, spring rolls, breads, coffees...My goodness. I have NEVER been in an American hotel that came anywhere close.

hmmmm. Is it ok to complain that you waited a whole minute for the elevator? I don't think so. So maybe take the stairs you crazy traveler! If you want to go from level 2 to level 1....well, you get it right?

Great location, excellent value with a good breakfast.Perfect for anyone exploring Da Nang and wanting a clean, budget-friendly stay.We accidentally stained the sheets and were ready to pay, but the staff later said they managed to clean it and no charge was needed. Really appreciated their honesty.

Beautiful view and beautiful staff , they were so kind and helpful specially Diep Chau she was so good ???.

Good location across from the beach. Restaurants and shops within close proximity. Rooftop view is nice. Clean.

Breakfast was good but not outstanding. Pool is small and very limited lounge chairs. Cocktails two for one but the girl was very slow making them and we waited 40 minutes for a round of drinks with only one other table occupied. Family room had no beach view.

The location: near tne beach, restaurants and shops.

The taste of food in the buffet is quite bland.

Beautiful and clean room, centrally located. Wish we booked early enough for the ocean view room. I like the variety of the breakfast buffet which they also change daily. Staffs were great and friendly

We stayed on the 17th floor, and the view was superb. The staff is very kind and attentive to your needs. The breakfast was tasty and varied. The staff worked with us to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience that was organized via email from home.

we had an ocean front view room with balcony which was fabulous. comfortable bed, good size room. check in and front desk staff were professional and efficient. location was close to beach and some wonderful fresh seafood restaurants

The breakfast was more like Asian dinner with a huge variety of stir frys etc. Much of the meat in these was dry and unchewable. The cereals were more suited to children. the bread was all dry and stale - I was or should I say wasn’t surprised to see a staff member wrapping all the stale bread post service presumably to use following day! The bacon was cold and cooked to unchewable. No mushrooms, tomatoes. There was an egg station but staff cooked all eggs with excessive amounts of oil and did not have the most basic of egg cooking English - such as ‘soft yolk’ or ‘sunny side up’ or ‘over easy’ etc. both mornings my eggs were terrible. We witnessed 2 breakfast staff show very unprofessional behaviour play fighting, screaming etc towards end of service. Surly and slow staff at rooftop restaurant and bar. hall way on our floor needs refurbishment

We found staff very attentive and very friendly accommodation comfortable and very clean.

I would have liked a beach towel instead of bath towel to take to the beach. The only other thing would be milk in the room so you could have a cuppa.

Beautiful big room with amazing sea view. Lovely balcony with chairs, a sofa, huge comfy bed and great bathroom. Fantastic breakfast with very wide range of choices and different dishes everyday. Super pool on the rooftop - a great place for a morning swim, and to soak up more of that wonderful view. Great location on the seafront: beach so close and as well as bars and restaurants opposite the hotel there are lots of places to eat and drink in the lively streets behind it. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

No complaints at all.

We had a room with a balcony and a stunning sea view. The hotel features a lovely rooftop infinity pool. The staff was cheerful and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel offered free bicycles for guests.

Everything was almost perfect if not for the bathroom that leaks water to the floor every time we took a shower. The hotel breakfast was good as it had all kinds of variety and well replenished at all times. The view from our balcony was amazing.

The location of the hotel is perfect, facing a row of restaurants, and right behind the restaurants is the sea.

The cleanliness of the hotel room could be improved. Additionally, the hotel has no flexibility when it comes to early check-in. Despite arriving several hours ahead of the scheduled check-in time, we were informed that early check-in was not an option. The staff insisted we wait until exactly 2:00 PM, even though it was already near to 1:30PM. It was particularly challenging with two restless children waiting in the lobby for the extra hours.

Clean comfortable rooms, with a good shower! Rooftop pool area was lovely, and gym was basic but functional. Great location opposite the beach close to restaurants and bars. The staff were super friendly too!

Bad experience for four nights At first I was placed on the fifth floor of one night where the balcony is unsafe and can be broken into from the next room and this is what really happened and I was bothered by a phone call at 7 a.m. for no reason. then I moved to the 12th floor with an independent balcony and I dined in the hotel restaurant in the roof where 20% was added to the price and I was surprised that the water provided in the room is not free like the rest of the hotels in the world and Double the local price. I would never recommend staying at this hotel to any body and be carfol with thim .

The breakfast was amazing. The room was always clean, fresh and luxury. The room is much more beautiful and luxurious than what shown in the images.

I didn't like anything.
