Tokyo Boutique Front Beach Hotel

Very comfortable, we had everything we needed and we liked the location as it was a very short walk to the beach. The best part is the staff, they are very friendly and willing to help, they go out of their way to make you comfortable and enjoy your stay.

The balcony was small and didn’t have any chairs but there is a washing machine on it so we were happy about that.

Had an amazing stay at Tokyo Boutique Hotel in Danang! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel's design was sleek and modern, with a great blend of Japanese and Vietnamese touches.What I loved most about this hotel was its prime location - it's just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Danang beach! The beach was literally within walking distance, and I enjoyed taking leisurely strolls along the shore every evening.The area around the hotel was also super convenient, with plenty of food options and local markets within walking distance. I had no trouble finding delicious Vietnamese street food or grabbing a quick bite at one of the many nearby cafes.The neighborhood was also very walkable, and I enjoyed exploring the local shops and attractions on foot. Overall, I'd totally recommend Tokyo Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in Danang. The combination of comfort, location, and service made my 7-day stay truly unforgettable!

Good location - just a couple of minutes by walking to the beach. Good restaurant with local food opposite entrance to hotel. Size of room is quite spacious. Small balcony with washing machine. City view.

Walls in the room are dirty. Towels are not absorb water . Every morning there were annoying noises from pump on the roof. After two days I changed hotel.

The staff was amazing, especially Chau and the cleaning ladies. Always smiling and welcoming. The location is great because you’re across the street from beach and is very convenient.

Pretty heavy odor of mold in the rooms and inside the hotel but I was told that’s typical during rainy season

Hard pass

First of all. Da Nang and Vietnam are amazing. But the hotels always leave a lot to be desired.I've been traveling a lot through Vietnam, and something I notice is that the rooms almost never look like what's shown in the picture. But this one is the worst offender. First of all, the rooms are dirty. Everything is so dark. The view is horrible. Outside, there's a brothel, even though it says it's a massage parlor. So the people in the hotel and around it are... pretty weird. The manager talks to you about those girls and about their services.

Well located next to the beach. The bed was huge and comfortable. The kitchenette also had an air fryer.

The kitchen was poorly stocked and only had one knife. There was also no chopping board or washing/cleaning supplies so we had to go and buy some. If you do plan on cooking,you need to go and get everything you need as it is bare.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The cleaned every two days which is great. They accommodated my request for a desk and a chair ☺️

The gym needs a bit of maintenance

Beautiful room, extremely comfortable bed and bathroom. All kept very clean daily, staff extremely friendly and helpful and easy access to convenience stores 24/7

The location is right near the sea, the rooms here are clean and fragrant. I am really impressed with the receptionist here, very enthusiastic and friendly.

The hotel has a beautiful, airy space, friendly staff and good service, enthusiastic advice, the receptionist's voice is very sweet, next time I go on a business trip I will come back to the hotel to rest.

Both name and descriptions raised expectations. We arrived - as we had announced - at midnight; the building facade was wrapped in red neon light advertising a massage parlour. We initially thought the taxi had led us off at the wrong location, then saw the sign for the Tokyo hotel. The reception consisted of a simple desk near the entrance to the massage parlour - as it turned out after we called the hotel when it was not staffed. Payment by card (which we also opted for for security reasons) was neither possible at night (no card reader available) nor the next morning (device defective). We cancelled a second night and moved on. The room was similar to those in the pictures, but was warn with more than the usual wear and tear. A small slimmer of ocean, not the beach, was visible between two buildings. We would not stay there again.

Great location, excellent price, roof top pool and even a small gym room. A little dated but for the money it’s awesome value

booked a 2 bedroom apartment but on arrival was issued with 2 keys to 2 different apartments.Resolved this the next day with an adjustment to the price and a bigger room.Security fencing around the pool is basically non existant,glass panel height is level with pool.Do not take children here,10 story drop over the edge but great views out to the mountains.

It was great location beautiful room but it smalls bad smalls from the toilet and could not close the bathroom door.

They have been nice

The place is totally different than the pictures you see here on Booking! Older, rusty, and poor. Be aware that they usually use nicely photoshopped pictures here for hotels in Vietnam while the reality to expect is much older rooms and facilities. The staff hardly speak English but they are trying to be nice. Yet, it is so annoying to travel long distance to arrive at a hotel you booked because it looks nice in pictures but in reality it is way older and less maintained

There is so much to love about this property. The location is 5mins from the beach, the apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. The roof top pool is fabulous - you can see the sunset, city lights AND the dragon bridge. There are massage places, restaurants, bars, banh mi and supermarkets close by. The beach is amazing. Get there at 5-5.30 am to see the real Da Nang. The staff I dealt with spoke good English and were very friendly. I didn’t have road noise or any disturbance but I was 8th floor and to the back of the hotel. Had a ‘sea peek’ view! The hot water was scalding and no problems with the water pressure so good shower guaranteed.

It’s just a little bit strange when you arrive. The reception is just a desk, no signage to show that is actually reception. But it works - in a fashion. There was no cooking or eating equipment in the kitchen part at all so if one planned to use it that might be disappointing.
