They don’t gave me the room that I booked with ONE king size room. They gave me 1 room with two small beds.
Good location just on the edge of the tourist streets. Good pub and Michelin rated Indian restaurant nearby. Friendly staff.
I couldn't ask for any more for the price: the room was big and clean, the staff very friendly and the location perfect for both the beach, the main food areas and the wonderful Bac My An market.

Although the hotel is a bit dated and in need of a lick of paint and little upgrades here and there? I had a lovely stay. All of the staff are super nice, the room price is affordable, the location is excellent, (just on the edge of the tourist streets) my favourite bar dirty fingers is a few doors down, local food in the side street as well as a Michelin rated Indian restaurant next door to an awesome spa. I could go on...
It’s on the road, so in the night it’s a bit noisy. Windows are not soundproof. On top, there was light from the street which the curtains can not cover. People who prefer dark room will find it difficult. I booked for 3 nights but stayed for only one.
By the beach, super easy to get to places, staff were friendly and were very welcoming.

Good location next to the beach.
Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. House keeping is ALWAYS half done. When I mentioned my sink not being finished she just looked at me like she doesn’t clean sinks. Gave my passport in exchange as deposit for extended stay. Instead of asking me to pay politely they come to my door to yell at me in the morning for money and harass me even though I have no legal ability to leave without my passport.
Hotel is old but still nice. Rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy, view from the window is good, staff is friendly
