Excellent location for beach access and all your daily needs within 1-2 block radius. Modern design and exemplary vertical landscaping exercise. Friendly and competent reception staff, with good English speaking skills. Energetic, skillful kitchen staff.

Worn and spotted upholstery and carpets, but I'm sure they are going to be replaced soon. As a solo traveler I had no problem with the unconventional bathroom design, but people who are going to share the room might consider some privacy issues first.

Room had a balcony and lots of natural sun light. The room was really clean and about a block and a half from the beach.

Great location walking distance to My Khe beach, clean facilities with nice size room. Very comfortable bed. Amazing value.

The staff accommodated our request for a room with a full view of the ocean. The location of the hotel was just a stone’s throw from the beach. There are many restaurants and mini marts surrounding the hotel. The room was big and spacious.

The floor of the shower cubicle was slightly slippery. The staff have a limited command of English but it was not a huge problem to communicate with them.

Lovely little hotel. Huge rooms. Many options for breakfast being buffet some days and eggs etc to order. Staff very helpful and friendly although not much English so a little hard to communicate. Good location.

We were only given an option to pay cash, no machine option. Tried to charge us for drinks in our fridge but fridge was empty when we checked in.

Great location, in the middle of the tourist area. Close to lots of restaurants, spas, shops and beach. The rooms are big and they have a nice sea view ( we’ve booked the sea view room). Comfortable beds and reasonable pricing.

Unfortunately, we had a serious of issues with this property. Lots of cleaning issues, cockroaches everywhere in the room, they even got into my suitcase:(. The rooms are in a seriously need of a deep cleaning.Housekeeping is very loud in the morning, shouting and laughing on the corridors.We’ve also had an issue with the payment. They refused payment by card, claiming they do not have a card machine. When I asked to pay by cash and have a receipt, they said they don’t provide that either. I needed a receipt and vat invoice for obvious reasons, so this was REALLY disturbing. When i asked them to cancel the reservation bcs they cannot provide proof of payment, a card machine had mysteriously appeared from the managers office. I had to wait 30 min for a vat invoice as well, as the receptionist kept not understanding how to make one?

Close to the beach and availability of scooter rentals.

Need more cleaning. There were cockroaches in the room. Didn’t vacuum the carpets well. Only cash accepted at the property. Need to be card accepted.

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel!My room with balcony was gorgeous, spacious and I had the best sleep in this bed despite of quite noisy area.Great hot shower.The first room that I got required some maintenance and they gave me another one.Very kind and friendly staff, especially the doorman!2 mins walk to the beach.Would come again for sure! Thank you.

There’s some bar right next to the hotel that blasts out loud music till late at night with no days-off. Just worth of mentioning.

Staff were nice, especially the cleaning team.

The pool area was run down and covered with cigarette butts. There were no chairs to sit by the pool and the tiles in the pool were all chipped - bit devo. We booked the hotel because of the pool area and the view from the roof but it was not a nice area.

The room I got was really spacious and clean. The location was amazing right near the beach and restaurants. Amazing value for money

There was a gross smell on floor 7 the one my friend was staying on but my level was fine. The pool wasn’t maintained properly, there were tiles fallen off and the pool wasn’t clean. Would’ve been nice to be able to put Netflix on the TV but, overall was amazing and I would definitely book this place again if I was staying in Da Nang again

Location

The stuff is really unfriendly. They don’t say “Hello”, they don’t want to answer the questions. They don’t change the broken kettle, they don’t bring the knife for fruits. Everything what I asked was ignored by stuff. The shower was not clean. They didn’t clean the room everyday. And the balcony door wasn’t able to close fully. The room was very cold.

Staffs are so nice, when i had sick they willing to help me and advise me where i can find the local food

The location is great- near the beautiful beach and restaurants. We were upgraded to a sea view room with a little kitchen and a sofa. It’s a beautiful flat.

The standard or a superior room is quite dark when we booked extra night to wait for the flight.

Good sized apartment

Apartment was not very clean.Paint falling off the walls.Plugs in both the sink and bath stuck and water couldI not be drained. Location is close the where the nightly Beach Party is, so you hear the ‘doof doof’ till 1.00am.Had to pay cash as the card machine was down…mmmm????

nothing that i dislike but i observe that the hotel can improve on the overall maintenance and the customer facing staff are having that serious but stressed look to multitask at the reception desk with several guests at the same time.

Beach is only 1-minute walking , staff ware excellent, they helped us , location was good, everything you need nearby, breakfast was good. better to ask for up floors rooms. more quit

we ask for iron and they replay that’s they don’t have it in the hotel,we give them our cloth to hotel laundry, the washed them, but without Iron, little bit strange, also most of the laundry shops out said the hotel, they only wash your cloth, but without iron.

The hotel's breakfast menu included a wide variety of dishes. The room was clean and freshly repaired, so there was no mouldy stink that is often common for such places.

There's nothing to complain about.
