The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. Good location for walking to the beach and restaurant.

Too loud when the door is closed. I woke up every time that someone closed or opened the door.

It was nothing at all like it is shown. Over that the pillows used were dirty. The shower pipe was worn off. There were spiders in the room. There was so much noise all time around. The only thing that I liked was the location and their staff

The staff were wonderful, and my room was sufficient for my needs.

Unfortunately, the floor i was staying on had occupants that made a lot of noise overnight going in and out of rooms, at 3 or 4 am. The doors make a lot of noise, when they shut, and i'm a light sleeper.

The shower poured water all of the floor and the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke

The bed was soft for Vietnam and comfortable. A great location and value for the price. Friendly staff

Friendly and helpful staff (I cross fingers for them to further practice english for better communication), clean room and comfortable bed. There was no window in the room, but for this price didn't complain. The hotel has motorbikes for rent at a market price (although quite used). The location is good with few minutes walk to the beach or to major shops and restaurants. Laundry was good and affordable. I could leave my luggage after checkout until evening flight.

There could be kettle in the rooms, the bathroom fan was very loud (sounded like broken). Motorbikes could be better for the price.

I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the WiFi is fast, and all of the staff are nice, friendly, young, energetic, professional, and they do a great job running the hotel. I recommend this place!

-photos online do not match the room-very loud construction -Constant beeping from other rooms not closing doors and the elevator-no soundproofing-moldy/smelly fridge-uncomfortable bed-cold shower-lobby was filled with smoke from construction-other residents were smoking when it’s a non smoking hotel

Sidewalk of street in front of hotel is rather filty and not safe for pedestrians to walk because of traffic

Ants everywhere on the floor. I read the reviews and this has been mentioned before and no one has fixed it. Why hasn’t this been fixed? It’s unacceptable to have ants everywhere in the rooms and on the beds.

The place is less than 10mins to the beach which is great! And lots of nice smaller eateries close by

It wasn’t the cleanest place. The day we checked in our pillows were quite dirty had to ask for them to be replaced. And we booked an extra day stay out of convience and the receptionist didn’t log it , so our original check out day I felt harassed having to explain multiple times that I paid for an extra day

The girl at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming, kind and helpful! She did her best to accommodate all our needs. They gave us water bottles every day.

The mini fridge worked very poorly, didn't really cool below 10-15 degrees.

- Location, close to everything - The reception employees try to help you and have a good accommodating attitude. They try their best to help you, even though English is not their first language, they make a big effort and speak English quite well, I wish them all the best- The pillow smelled good

- The first photo the hotel shows as a cover image is a super retouched photo. In reality the room doesn’t look like it- The room is small and old, the furniture is old - There are dirt marks on the bedside table- The bathroom had a bad smell- The fridge is old and smells bad inside - Overall hotel condition - needs renovation - The curtains don’t really make the room darker it was already bright at 7 am and thus, hard to sleep- The noise from the hallway is super loud, you can hear other guests opening and closing their doors- Each morning at 7.20 AM someone’s door was beeping very loud, this prevented me from having good sleep and rest. I understand everyone starts their day at a different time, but every human has the right to have some decent sleep especially if they pay for it and stay in a hotel.

Very nice staff, great location, fast Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. This is the second time I have stayed here and I enjoyed my stay very much I will definitely come back!

Really good location on a street with lots to do and near the beach. Room was comfy and staff were great.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel—it felt like a home away from home. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, always greeting me with a smile and offering thoughtful touches throughout my stay. My room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, with a bed so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful at night. I especially appreciated the little details, like the fresh coffee in the morning and the warm lighting in the evenings. Can’t wait to come back!

Although my room looked nothing like the photos, there was an army of ants that didn't seem to want to leave, the floor towel and bathroom towels and bed sheet needed changing? The stay was made pleasant by the wonderful staff and the hotel's location.

The air conditioning worked well, the complimentary bottled water everyday was a nice touch, and the service was friendly.

There is too much light from the corridor, too much noise from the guests, elevator and the doors that beep continuously if someone closes them wrongly. Overall I had some restless nights and early mornings because of how loud these disturbances were in the room. The water pressure in the shower is fine and the bathroom is good overall, the only negative is that it takes roughly 3 minutes of running water for it to become lukewarm and then hot.
