Muong Thanh Luxury Nhat Le Hotel

The room was nice and comfortable and the shower was good.

I didn't love Dong Hoi, because I was there at low season, and it felt eerily empty and I had a hard time finding any open restaurants for dinner.

The Location and Facilities are wonderful! We had a bit of an unpleasant experience during check-in, but the management team solved the problem in a professional way, so we had a good experience during our stay here.

Room preparation was not smooth. The receptionists need to be friendlier and interact more with guests.

BF was good with many choices

The hot water was barely warm and the shower head was not working properly. This hotel needs to pay attention to maintenance and upkeep.

Very spacious, attentive staff

Think they turn a blind eye to smoking in the rooms, someone on our floor was

Big room with usual facilities.

Very beige corporate decor

Good breakfast. Solid facilities. Quite rooms.

Quite old hotel ... Looks like a standard US conference hotel from the 80s. Hotel staff barely spoke English.

swimming pool and gym

not really friendly space and private

The room was nice, bed was comfortable

The staff struggled to speak English so was very had to communicate. The only thing to drink at dinner was beer. The breakfast was not the best either

I like this hotel because it’s very good location, the staff are friendly, helpful and polite, they are:Tiến,Quỳnh,Ngọc,Lân and Hưng,the price is reasonable, highly recommended!

I didn’t like anything

Big clean room with comfortable bed, All staff working really hard to make you feel like you're in a five star hotel?

The swimming pool , the business center is closed. The hotel spa has a big beautiful room but the girl who gave me the massage is the worst I ever had so stay away unless you like someone to talk to for one hour?.

Ngoc, the front desk manager, and The whole team, from everyone stationed at the front desk, to bell boys, to breakfast room workers are all attentive and respectful.

A bit away from the town central. But it’s still walkable

Many thanks to the hotel staff Ms. Lina and Mr. Loc who helped us buy train tickets and arranged transport to the station.

To get to the pool, you have to cross the hotel car park. Absurd.

Very clean modern hotel

Location was off the beaten path so there were very few services, restaurants within walking distance

Property was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel were not linked with booking.com we were meant to have a bath within our booking but did not get originally. However when showed our booking was no problem in getting the booked room.

The location is excellent. The staff are all very welcoming and they helped us with almost everything about our bookings for activities from the hotel. Ms Lam at the reception helped us with a lot of information and guidance. The staff in the restaurant were very good.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room clean and spotless.

Maybe two pillows would be better than one for sleeping.

pretty good location, pretty decent hotel

HVAC was broken in the lobby, it was too hot down there. Not very many vegetarian options for breakfast. Wouldn't sell me a mango at the bar?

Massive hotel room with a really nice bed.

Slightly older style

The only thing I remembered from my very short visit was the extremely friendly staff. The ironing service was fast and the quality was high. The lunch served was of a high standard. The beach looked attractive and maybe one day I'll get there too.

a very nice hotel, with big rooms and a giant breakfast buffetloved the bathtub
